We had to reschedule our wedding twice due to the pandemic and Ritsuko was very sweet and had no problem with moving the dates over and over!

I ended up having two trials (pre- and then post-pandemic!) and since I don't usually wear any makeup, I was worried that I wouldn't look like myself or look too done up. I ended up bringing my cousins along (Ritsuko was very accommodating!) and she really listened and took suggestions, trying different colours and looks until I was happy. She also tried a few techniques with my hair to make it stand out and look better.

On the actual wedding day, I definitely still felt like myself... just enhanced and better, lol! Also, that hair and makeup stayed put all night!
