I had an amazing experience with Borlase Beauty! Alysha made my girls and me feel beautiful on my wedding day!!

Alysha set up the whole package for me, she was amazing at keeping me up to date with any changes and information for tips and tricks for both hair and make up. The make up and hair lasted all day, through tears and sweat on a very sunny warm day.

Laura, Nora and Krysten were magical, warm artists. They absolutely blew away my bridesmaids, my mother and my maid of honour. My maid of honour, told me she has never delta truly beautiful, but the day of my wedding.. she did!

My hair is long, fine, straight and never holds a curl. I got extensions to help give my hair volume for my wedding day as well as hopes for the extensions to stay curly when my actual hair will not. My hair looked soooooooooo amazing for my wedding I cannot express it enough. It still looked good 10 hours after it was done. I cannot say enough how amazing it was. My makeup was also perfect.
On top of my awesome hair and makeup, spending the morning before my wedding with my bridal party and Alysha and Kristen was a lot of fun. They felt like they were part our crew all just hanging out before the wedding.

Wedding was last night and I took no photos with my phone so currently do not have pictures! Will have to post when I get some :)

From one bride to another, here is a tip that I didn't consider when looking for vendors: you may look at pricing, packages, what's included and not, etc. But we don't always consider the smaller details that shape our day, like for example, how our incredible hair & makeup team showed up for our special day. Imagine: they arrived at 4:45am, in great moods, set up their work stations in our bridal room, and ran a tight ship getting all the hair and makeup done for our bridal party. Alysha and Kristen not only showed up professionally and easygoing, they were flexible and worked without shceudke even when it got delayed. They brought no stress or drama, however they very much brought a calm, chill, girls-hangout kinda vibe to our room. When you think about this, it's amazing! This set the vibe for our whole day. They handled our stress and big emotions on our day and remained calm, cool, and funny. They also jumped in to lend us tooth paste, an extra tampon, basically anything we needed and they were right there. Also, they are truly experienced artists who are confident in their hair and makeup abilities. I've never felt so beautiful. Thank you so much from both of us and our whole bridal party! 5 star rating isn't enough! You were both incredible and we thoroughly enjoyed having you do our hair and makeup and spending 5hrs with us getting ready!

We were so thrilled to see how stunning all our bridesmaids looked. Alysha was fabulous to work with from start to finish, Katie and Krysten were wonderful to have on the morning of. The hair and makeup for the mothers was incredible!! I am so happy we chose Borlase for our hair and makeup company.

Alysha was wonderful to work with, was flexible as I was trying to sort out a hair/makeup schedule for my family and she did an amazing job working with my daughter who has special needs and doesn't sit still for long. My hair & makeup was PERFECT and I'm so happy with my pictures as a result. I will use Alysha again and highly recommend her!

Alysha was absolutely amazing for my sisters, my mum, my niece and myself. She showed up early, got finished early, and we all felt very comfortable with her. We all looked and felt beautiful at the end and I will definitely recommend Borlase Beauty to others!

She was recommended to me by my hairdresser.. and went only on her recommendation. Well I was very happy with her work.. makeup lasted all day and night!! The rest of the bridal party had used another makeup artist, which cost almost double.. and theirs had to be re-applied by noon! She was on time.. Took her time, yet worked quick..and had us out the door on time to meet the rest of the bridal party.

I reached out to Alysha for hair and make up for my elopement and I am so happy I did!

She was responsive and helpful from the start and made some excellent recommendations for my look as I truly had no idea where to begin.

I was uneasy about an updo but knew it would probably be the best choice for a hot July and she was able to create a look that made me feel confident and beautiful. My make up was a natural look with a pop of colour - a red lip.

I honestly felt amazing on my special day and I owe that confidence to Alysha’s warmth, professionalism & skill.

I first met Alysha when she did my makeup as a bridesmaid for a friend's wedding and I immediately loved her work. I was so happy she was available to do both hair and makeup for our wedding.

Our wedding was scheduled for May 2020 but due to COVID19, we postponed to May 2021. Alysha was very helpful, communicative and supportive during this process. I had a great HMU trial and wedding day experience! I was so thrilled with Alysha's work and particularly that both my hair and makeup stayed in place for the entire day, despite lots of wind and sweat!
