  Poor Customer Service - Not Reliable

  Melissa cancelled her hair services on me 2 months before my wedding because I missed responding to a single e-mail about booking a non-required trial. I had signed the contract and paid the deposit. Brides beware!

  Melissa amd her team were patient, professional, fun and attentive to detaiI. I had hair extensions prepared by Melissa and they lasted all night. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for value and experience.

  Melissa & Farishtey were our hair & makeup team for my big day on August 13, 2016. These women know their stuff & did an incredible job on me & my bridal party.   Melissa and Emie took care of myself and my bridesmaids for our wedding hair & makeup, and we were very happy with how everything came together! They are both lovely ladies and worked very efficiently to get us ready with time to spare - they were on time the morning of the wedding and made us feel at ease while working their magic on us. Melissa responded quickly in all our communications and I would definitely recommend Arrowbow to other brides and bridesmaids!

  Melissa The Main hairstylist did my hair and it was absolutely amazing. I had a trial beforehand and loved it but it even came out better on the day of my wedding. All of them were so professional and all of my bridesmaids just loved their hair. They were so amazing now when I look bad it just makes me smile ;)

  In a lengthy search to find the perfect people to do my hair and make-up for my wedding, I was so happy to come across Arrowbow and was even happier to see the results on the big day! I had a relatively short engagement and was requesting an on-site service in Collingwood which I knew would be challenging but Melissa from Arrowbow was so accommodating and was able to make this happen and still manage to drive back to the city for an evening wedding! My bridesmaids and I were so happy with our hair done by Melissa and make-up done by Alex. We've collectively had some pretty poor bridal party experiences and we all agreed this was by far the best experience we've ever had! Both Melissa and Alex were incredibly professional and organized and both very easy to work with! They were also very flexible (as I decided to change my hair after the trial!), understanding and really listened to what we each wanted to achieve our look for the wedding. Hair and make-up was something that was important to me and I was so happy I didn't have to compromise for my wedding! I would highly recommend Arrowbow and appreciate all that they did to make my bridesmaids and I feel beautiful on the big day!

  Melissa and her team did our hair and makeup for my wedding day and I could not have been happier with her services. She was professional and very flexible throughout the whole process. She answered all my questions prior to my trail and accommodated all my changes. My bridal party was very happy with their hair and makeup and we received lots of compliments throughout the day. My hair and makeup held until the late hours of the night, which is amazing considering it must have been one of the hottest days of the summer. I would will definitely recommend Arrowbow to friends and family.

  I used Melissa for my hair, my mom's hair an my four bridesmaid's hair for my wedding on June 13th. Melissa was early the morning of and brought another hair dresser to help with all our hair. Melissa's helper was great- very good at up do's. I was happy with my hair, but not over the top about it. I had two trials with Melissa, both seemed very rushed. I felt like I had an idea of how my hair would look but never exactly what I wanted. I assumed the she would take more time with me the day of my wedding- but again the morning of I felt really rushed with her and she couldn't wait to leave. Other than being rushed Melissa was very professional.

  Melissa and Farishtey were amazing for my wedding day. They did my hair and makeup along with my maid of honour and my mother. All 3 of us were so pleased with the results. They listened to what each of us wanted and the end result was beautiful. I had so many compliments on my hair style and my makeup (I typically wear very little makeup and all of my guests commented on how natural it looked). In particular, our photographer was very pleased with the whole look and how it turned out in pictures. Both hair and makeup lasted all day without any touch ups.
  
  I also found the value for money to be excellent. Services were done on site at my wedding venue (hotel) and I found the prices to be very reasonable for the quality of service I received. My wedding was on a Sunday and they were able to accommodate me... a few places I contacted during my initial search would not do Sundays or would have quite a substantial extra charge.
  
  Best of all, both girls were so friendly and made me feel very relaxed and confident. I will definitely use Arrow Bow again and have recommended to some of my newly engaged friends.

  Arrowbow came recommended to me by a friend. Great recommendation! Melissa and Joanna were professional and fun, quick, knowledgable and very accommodating.
  
  They offered us mimosas and myself, a robe. I thought that was really thoughtful!
  
  We were stuck in a hotel in Barrie with no music but to my surprise, they brought and ipod with different playlists. Amazing!
  
  The makeup and hair stayed in place even though it was a bit windy that day. I would highly recommend their services!
