Their rental selection is massive, offering a wide variety of styles to choose from. The fresh flower arrangements were absolutely stunning, and everything exceeded my expectations. People couldn't stop raving about how beautifully everything came together! Jacqui was incredibly patient, even with all the changes, details, and countless emails going back and forth to bring my vision to life. Working with the team was an absolute pleasure, and I'd wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone in need of decor for their next party!

Jacqui & her team at Vintage Bash were exceptional! From the very first consulting call to scope out the details of the wedding, right through to execution on the day of our wedding, were perfect. We couldn't have been happier with how the staging, all the flowers, candles, place settings all looked.. It was like a dream walking into the restaurant! My bouquet was absolutely gorgeous as well! It was all exactly what I had hoped for on our special day and much more. Jacqui and team were very professional, helpful and guided me each step of the way towards creating a very memorable day within our budget and timelines. Can't recommend them more highly!

We had such a great experience with Vintage Bash, from our very first contact to the day itself. We found the selection of items fit our needs perfectly, the prices were better than any other company we found. They were so helpful at every step of the way and just amazing when it came to set up and take down. Flexible, considerate, lovely to deal with and the rainbow flower arch that we rented made our whole event and all the decor come together; it set the tone and made every moment and every photo magical. We cannot say thank you enough. We would highly recommend.

Such an amazing team at Vintage Bash; from first contact till the day of the scheduled event. All communications were polite, robust, clear and timely. The decorations were beautiful and just as displayed online but even more enchanting in person. It added to the excitement of the day. The team was also very accommodating to the fact that my intended venue opened later than expected and there was no complaint from their end. All in all, a great experience - I highly recommend and will definitely be working with them again.

I simply can't say enough great things about VintageBash. From the initial appointment, follow ups through email and phone, upto the execution of our flower and decor team. They have been so attentive to our concerns and requests. They are a one-stop shop, which makes planning a wedding or events so much easier and stress free. They were all such lovely and professional people. They understood our vision for our wedding and met beyond our expectations. Knowing dusty blue isn't the easiest color to find especially in flower, they still made it work and help us achieve a beautiful and memorable floral design for us. Even our guest couldn't stop talking about it. (I myself wanted to bring home the floral arc if I could 🥰) Honestly would recommend them to anyone! I can't even wait to plan another event just to hire them again!

Booked vintage bash for our 2021 wedding but due to the pandemic we postponed. We went in to the store front to pick items and booked online as per their suggestion as we were hiring a separate decor team to set up for us. We corresponded back and forth several times confirming colours of linens and quantity up until July of 2022 when we added additional linens. The day of pick up we went and we’re given the wrong color of linens. After 1-hour of waiting, the staff brought out two linens that we asked for, again we were asked what size and quantity (this was on our order form and we responded). After 30-minutes we were asked again how many we needed, at this point I got frustrated. They set up tables with what they had and at this point we just wanted to leave. We had to come back 1-hour later to pick up our cruiser table linens as they were not cleaned - we came back and everything was packed up. They were apologetic and made things right after the event by refunding us our linen cost. The venue looked great and everything else was as ordered. Only suggestion is to confirm several times including the week of your linen choices. We are just happy we went to pick it up and not our family members or else it would have been a nightmare.

Hexagon arch with beautiful flower arrangements, and I have to admit, I was VERY particular about what I wanted and the team went out and ordered the specific flowers I wanted. Amazing service, I was so happy! Everything looked beautiful.

We were extremely satisfied with hiring Vintage Bash foe Decor & Florals for our July 2022 Wedding at Casa Loma. When working on our Arch, centrepieces and bouquets, they kept us in the loop throughout the entire process and ensures we were satisfied. It was important for us to have a crescent moon arch made of florals and it is exactly what we envisioned. They allowed us to personalize their mirror rentals for our Welcome Sign and Seating Chart and they turned out perfect. Everything turned out absolutely amazing, and our guests wouldn’t stop raving about the decor. The gold cart we rented was meant for the wedding cake, but since it was too heavy we used it for our memory table and honestly it added so much to the display. Vintage Bash team was an absolute pleasure to work with! We would love to work with them again for any other future events!

My bouquet turned out so cute! I ordered the small size and it was a bit larger than expected but the colors were just what I wanted. They do prefer to communicated via email and a few times they misunderstood the colors I wanted, but that was cleared up and I'm so happy with how it turned out. We had our wedding at Bellamy Loft (they are in the same building), and the flowers were at the venue, as promised, on the day of our wedding. Price was actually better than expected! Would reccommend!

For a decorator, they were really excellent to work with. Lots of options to choose from, and as we got close to the day of the wedding, they were very responsive and easy to work with. They were in constant contact with my wife getting her opinions and feelings on various designs. We got quite a bit of value from the package we ordered, but with all the options, it can get very very expensive very quickly! We would recommend them, but don't go crazy with the addons or the cost can add up fast.
