The Blooming Iris is a wedding floral design company based in Vaughan, Ontario. Owner Iris Ionico has always had an artistic spirit and explored different mediums before discovering her passion for florals. Since the spring of 2021, Iris and her husband Eric have been helping soon-to-be-weds complete their nuptial vision through custom arrangements.

Services Offered

The Blooming Iris works with a variety of locally-grown blooms to match a couple's preferred colours and theme. They can accommodate an array of styles, including glamorous, tropical, rustic, and vintage. On the wedding day, The Blooming Iris will take care of delivery, setup, and teardown, giving couples plenty of time to enjoy their wedding day to the fullest. Stunning Wedding Florals and Exceptional Service

We absolutely loved our wedding florals! Iris and her team made our vision come to life in the most beautiful way. Many of our guests commented on how stunning the arrangements were, and we couldn't agree more. My bouquet was breathtaking and exceeded all my expectations. The attention to detail and the quality of the flowers were exceptional. Communication was easy and seamless throughout the entire process, making the planning stress-free. We are so grateful for Iris' hard work and dedication to making our special day perfect. Highly recommend The Blooming Iris to anyone looking for gorgeous, high-quality florals for any occasion!

The Best Florals !

Iris was so incredible to work with. She is soo very accomodating! She has a wonderful eye for beautiful floral arrangements that are soo unique. Our photographer even mentioned how incredibly beautiful and different they were to what they have seen before! Iris is someone I would recommend to everyone!

Beautiful Centerpieces

Iris and Eric did an amazing job with our centerpieces. They were super patient and did their best to make our vision come true. They were very knowledgeable and gave us great professional help. Super accommodating and just the sweetest pair, could not have asked for a better florist.

Iris and her team are a dream

Iris was amazing to work with, she patiently listened to my ideas and offered her own suggestions since I was a little clueless on floral arrangements. She was knowledgeable and let me know exactly what to expect which I appreciated. Iris also painstakingly handmade a flower crown using small flower buds she handpicked for my Maid of Honor. It was so beautiful and exactly what we wanted, it made the day that much more special to me. Her team was also professional and very sweet. They took care of setting up and moving the arrangements as well as cleaning up at the end of the night. She was planning her own wedding that was a month after mine but always made time for our meetings and gave me tips from her own planning adventure which helped me immensely. I would highly recommend Iris and her dream team.

Wonderful work!

It was such a pleasure to work with Iris and Eric! Every single flower was beautiful. They were both so lovely and so accommodating and went above and beyond our expectations. Iris truly made my vision come true in the floral hair piece she designed for me. Her floral arrangements made our wedding complete and everything was perfect! I highly recommend working with her!

Reasonable Price and Exceptional Service

In this hot wedding market, I've heard countless couples struggle to find a good and attentive florist. Iris will definitely meet your needs. She is a small but mighty team and will make your floral and decoration vision come true. I told her I wanted an Asian/Western inspired decor for my wedding, sent her a few photos of inspo, and within a week she was confident on how to make it happen. She is always honest with pricing which I really appreciate it. Trust her with your wedding, you won't be disappointed!
