Pacific Floral is a small scale flower farm creating wedding florals with 100% locally grown blooms. Designing for small scale intimate weddings and elopements. Because of my farm-scale, I do not do full-service large weddings. My design style showcases the beauty of the west coast through seasonally grown flowers with a unique garden style.
Let's work together to create something unique using sustainable locally grown flowers for your celebration of love. Inspired by the natural beauty around us here on the west coast, the floral arrangments I create will connect you to the natural world when you say your vows.
At Pacific Floral I offer an A La Carte wedding items to my clients. This is a great option if you want beautiful fresh garden flowers but do not require an exact color or flower variety, and want the flexibility to choose one or all of the following items.

Book Pacific Floral!!
Katlyn was a dream to work with! She created beautiful ceremony florals for our beach side wedding as well as bouquet and boutonniere's Katlyn was kind, responsive and attentive, she put me at ease while planning my wedding from a province away. I gave the idea of colors but gave Katlyn creative control, and it was so worth it!! Easy to work with, beautiful results, fantastic price! We got so many compliments on our florals from guests and onlookers! Do yourself a favor and call Katlyn!

A long distance wedding brought to life with the most beautiful flowers
I had the pleasure of working with Katlyn for my engagement and my wedding. (see my review from 4 years ago)
We worked long-distance on creating arrangements that would embody my vision for the big day. As a bride living on the east coast and was planning a west coast wedding, Katlyn and I emailed back and forth on what would be feasible (bouquets, floral arches etc). Her responsiveness, patience and guidance made my life easier, as I dealt with a slew of details and was distracted by wedding planning and life.
When the big day came, Katlyn brought my vision to life and then some. I was impressed with the beauty and quality of the flowers and how they were arranged. It’s incredible to think that Katlyn cultivates these flowers herself. The bouquets were stunning and had their own presence at our alter. We received many compliments for various aspects and details of our wedding, but the floral arrangements that Katlyn created were loved by everyone. I wish I could have persevered them forever!

Great experience and beautiful flowers!
We had Katlyn from Pacific Floral design our wedding bouquets and boutonnières for our wedding in August and she did a fantastic job. Katlyn was professional and super easy to talk to about our vision and she completely nailed it. Right from the first contact, we could tell that she is extremely passionate about her florals and takes pride in her work. They were exactly what we envisioned. Would highly recommend!!

Couldn't be happier!
I originally chose Pacific Floral for our wedding florals because of their environmentally-minded business practices, and I could not be happier that I did! Katlyn was wonderful to work with. She graciously handled multiple revisions to our order over the months leading up to our event, and even picked up our selected vases ahead of creating the arrangements to make sure they were a perfect fit. The florals she created were simply stunning and fit the colour palette and theme of our wedding perfectly. Katlyn was easy to communicate with and very organized. I highly recommend Pacific Floral to anyone planning a wedding/event on Vancouver Island!

Perfect florals for our elopement
Katlyn designed the perfect bouquet and boutonniere for our intimate late Summer elopement. She listened to exactly what I was looking for and created the most stunning moody florals for our day. Her attention to detail and excellent communication was much appreciated. 10/10 would recommend!

Field to vase flower farmer and florist extraordinaire!
I had small elopement ceremony at Smith Lake Farm in the Comox Valley and Katlyn designed the most beautiful bridal bouquet and boutonniere. All of her flowers are organic, sustainable and grown in season. She has a true passion for what she does and it’s demonstrated in her work. She is very responsive and is an absolute dream to work with. Highly recommend!

Beautiful flowers!
Katlyn was wonderful to work with and happily accommodated our shorter timeframe. I was hoping for a hint of blue in the florals for our wedding, understanding that Katlyn grows her own flowers and blue may not be available. Katlyn was helpful with suggestions for alternative colours and made sure that we were happy with our choices. Luckily, my wish came true and I received a stunning blue and white bouquet! The boutonnieres and corsages were made very well and lasted all day. Delivery was perfect and on time. We definitely recommend Katlyn and Pacific Floral!

The greatest experience and the most beautiful florals!
Katyln is amazing and a complete joy to work with. She made our Tofino destination wedding floral arrangements an absolute dream. The ceremony installation and posies in the ceremony space were truly magical. Her meticulous attention to detail ensured the bouquet and boutonniere perfectly complemented our color palette, while the reception table runner and florals added an elegant touch of beauty. The flowers themselves were incredibly fresh and lush, and the overall design was simply stunning.
