Throughout the wedding planning process, Jill was responsive and so easy to work with. She knew our venue (Pearle Hotel and Spa) so well, was incredibly attentive to what we were envisioning, and made everything come together perfectly. The flowers were beautiful — if you are looking for a wedding florist look no further, you won't regret it.

Jill is a professional and just the kindest human. I hired Jill for our original wedding date in August 2021 and when we had to reschedule due to the pandemic, she was more than accommodating. She is quick to respond and beyond organized. She made the entire wedding process incredibly easy because I never had to worry about florals and she gave me so many helpful suggestions and opinions about the rest of my decor. The florals were more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. Her and her husband were on site the day of and setup was quick and painless. I would recommend Jill to anyone planning a wedding or event.

Jill was such a pleasure to work with and took so much stress out of our wedding day! We brought Lace & BIRCH on board early in the wedding planning process – initially, we thought we were just looking for someone to assist with set-up & take-down, but quickly we realized that we would really benefit from having someone run the day for us, and that Jill would be the person to do it. It was an added bonus that she could also provide florist services. We wanted simple, dark and romantic, and Jill executed this well. The flowers were on point and beautiful (though some unfortunately didn’t make it through the photography session pre-ceremony). Jill was incredibly organized and communicative from day one - she consistently checked in with us to confirm we were on the same page, and was available to meet and talk at any time leading up to the wedding, by phone, text, or email. We kept her in the loop with all our other vendors and sent her all contracts ahead of time to keep tabs on things. While we might had wanted a little more contact throughout the day, we found out later that she had dealt with a family emergency partway through the day – the fact that we didn’t know until she told us at the end of the night speaks volumes for Jill’s ability to keep things on track (kudos to her). Excellent value for money, and would highly recommend!

Jill and Brian are the duo every bride deserves. I was having trouble finding a planner that made my now husband feel included and comfortable, and these two just clicked with us. Zach felt so included and really gained some confidence to get into the wedding planning with me.

Jill knows weddings like the back of her hand, could charm the pants off just about anyone and is an absolute pleasure to work with. Brian is a natural and one of the most supportive people I’ve ever met. They’re a wicked combo and I couldn’t recommend them enough

My husband and I got married this year in April. We had Lace & Birch throughout the whole process of the wedding planning and present on the wedding day. The planning was amazing, they definitely helped us out with all the questions we had, organized our vendors/ideas and made them come to life. Our wedding day went smooth thanks to them, from setting up the church to setting up the hall. Jill and Brian were very organized, meticulous, had beautiful decorations, and most of all made sure we were happy/having a good time.
