  Absolutely Amazing

  I had a different vendor for my flowers and they had to cancel due to COVID. Even though I didn’t meet Lana under the current circumstances she was great to work with. Even though I really didn’t know what I wanted she blew my expectations out of the water. The flowers were everything that I wanted. They were absolutely beautiful and everything little detail stood out and made our wedding come together.

  So amazing

  Recently just had a large wedding in Fruitvale and worked with Lana from Hummingbird Farm; she not only did the florals / greenery / forest foraging, but all of the decorating for our reception & setting up our arbour! She exceeded our expectations ten times over! I met with her once to go over what we were looking for and it was like she read my mind. Everything was perfect. We did not have to worry a thing knowing she was the mastermind behind our vision. So personable and easy to work with to boot!! I was so happy we found her & her husband's farm and got the chance to work with her and support local fully organic blooms. Hummingbird Farm will NOT disappoint.

  Small Wedding Splendour

  Lana is amazing to work with! We were really one of her least profitable customers as we had a small gathering to celebrate our son and daughter-in-law's wedding and yet she was more than accommodating. The arrangements were beautiful as were the boutonniere and bouquet. I continue to get all my flowers for every season from Hummingbird Farm!

  Best wedding flowers I have ever seen

  My husband and I were married at halcyon hot springs in July just over a year and a half ago. I was pretty low key about our wedding and didn’t plan much for decor aside from visiting Lana at Hummingbird Farms and asking that she make some flower creations for the wedding. I visited Lana at her amazing property in the spring before the wedding and she kindly showed me around. Her property is striking and perfectly captures the wild beauty of the kootenays at one fantastic location. I’ve heard she’s hosting weddings there now and I’m so bummed that wasn’t available when I got married because I definitely would have loved to say my I do’s out there.
  
  Lana was so generous with her time and attention when it came to my wedding. I gave her some ideas of what I liked with a Pinterest board and she grew flowers specifically for the wedding. It was way above and beyond. She sent me a sample of what she was creating and so I had an idea that the flowers would be pretty but when she arrived the day of the wedding and set up I was absolutely floored. She nailed the “technicolor wildflower” look I had requested better than I had even imagined. She made me a full flower archway, a bouquet, table bouquets for the head table, runners of flowers for the guest tables and a few more pieces here and there around the wedding. Souly because of her my lazy wedding decoration planning turned into the most beautiful decor. In a wedding industry where so many vendors are disappointing, overpriced and don’t care about your experience Lana and Hummingbird Farms are invaluable and outstanding. I love Lana and I would jump at the chance to work with her again and recommend her to everyone I know who gets married in the kootenay area.
  
  With that kind of enthusiasm you might suspect I’m a friend/ affiliate of some kind but I am not I’m just so impressed with the service I got almost two years ago that I took the time to write this good of a review. That’s saying something!
