With only a chat on the phone, Bella understood our approach to the wedding and the vibe we wanted for the night. She created spectacularly interesting and exciting pieces for our night and was able to suggest different options for us, since we weren't going the traditional wedding route. She made floral hair combs for my bridesmaids to substitute for bouquets. Every hair comb was different, yet they were all beautiful. She made lovely corsages for our mothers, that were on gorgeous bracelets and not the typical gauzy ribbon.

Help with vision and concept: Bella spent nearly 3 hours with me at our initial meeting to get to know my likes and dislikes, find out what we are like as a couple and settle on a colour scheme. She not only helped the florals come together beautifully, but helped me figure out what my vision for the day was all about. She was essential to the look and feel of our event and went far beyond floral designs.

Extremely responsive: Bella answered all my emails right away and addressed my requests and concerns. When we decided to move our ceremony inside due to weather, 3 days before the wedding, Bella was able to source some greenery and flowers last minute and create a beautiful flower garland for a space she has never seen before. She found technical solutions on the spot to make up for missing materials in this last minute scenario.

Personal service: Bella travels for meetings to accommodate her clients, which saved so much time for me during the weeks when we didn't have a single night off. I also clearly saw that Bella cares about our event and truly listens.

Professionalism: Bella worked with our budget for the flowers. She also broke down the payment into everything we were paying for - down to individual flowers. It was very easy for us to review everything and decide if nixing or adding more florals was worth it. She also took time to explain how she works behind the scenes and why certain things (like getting a trial centerpiece) is not possible with the types of flowers we were ordering.

End result was amazing: We got a lot of compliments on the flowers. Bella's work made one of the most important days of our lives incredibly special and beautiful.
