I’m sharing my experience with Divine Floral to help future brides make an informed decision.
Unfortunately, my experience with Hanan was disappointing. When I asked for a mock-up of the bouquet/decor she said she couldn’t provide one and gave excuses, so I never got to see any preview of the flowers or decor before the wedding day. I only got to see the centrepieces on the wedding day through a picture my coordinator sent me while I was getting ready.
She also refused to meet in person at the ceremony location beforehand, saying it wasn’t necessary. Many vendors consider this a standard practice to avoid issues on the wedding day, and I expected a bit more attention and flexibility from her.
Overall, I felt that attention to detail, communication, and client care were not at the level I expected. I’d suggest being very clear about expectations upfront if you decide to work with her, especially regarding previews, meetings, and communication, to avoid similar frustrations.Divine Floral's reply:

I am very sorry you feel that way!
I have informed you that I could make the bouquets and send you pictures but I said i can do it at a specific time and that they won’t look the same as it would be silk flowers and your bouquets was fresh flowers and you said that’s fine. ( I never gave excuses or refused to do it)
Even on the day of the wedding when you weren’t happy about the bud vases and were rude on the phone, I still kept my professionalism and offered to change things and add more flowers but you said no. ( also the picture you provided was fresh flowers and the flowers I provided was like flowers and not same colours or flowers we had agreed upon, so it would never be the exact same as picture)
As for being there at the ceremony, that wasn’t something that we had discussed at all prior and it was all mentioned to me last minute and I had expressed that the day that this was happening I had other events already booked and you said that’s fine and you understood.
We communicated so many times and I had catered to what you wanted even though you constantly wanted to change and switch things. As well as some of my flowers were damaged and missing after I came to pick up my stuff at the end of the wedding and I didn’t even charge the damage or replacement fee for it as per the contract.

Very professional and incredible florist
She was very professional and helped me ensure I stayed within my budget. She did the arch for my wedding, centre pieces, the bouquet, boutonnieres and corsages.
She was very helpful every step of the way with the many consultations and helped me create my dream wedding.❤️ -

I have so many great things to say about Hanan at Divine Floral. She is so knowledgeable about arrangements, and her prices are phenomenal. Hanan went above and beyond my expectations for my wedding and really pulled my wedding decorations together.Divine Floral's reply:

Beautiful flowers!
