Very sketchy company - don’t use
There’s enough to stress over with weddings without having to worry if bridesmaids gifts will arrive in time. I ordered at the end of May. I contacted the business owner when I still hadn’t received even a shipping confirmation a couple months later. She gave me the runaround for weeks. She said things like, “yours is the next order to ship out“, “you’ll get the tracking by early next week at the latest”, “I shipped it out, and you’ll receive it by early next week at the latest”. This went on for over a month AFTER the need in hand date I specified on the site. But the need in hand date really shouldn’t matter anyway. A business should have a standard turnaround time for all orders.
I couldn’t even get tracking information for my order, which made me rightfully suspicious. When I asked for information about the order, the owner gave excuses with details about her personal life, which I found very unprofessional.

Having been in the Promotional Products business for fiftteen years mixed with my love of Weddings. I decided to take a chance and its A Bride Thing was born in 2016. I was married in Punta Can ten years ago and always thought that robes were a great Bridal Party giveaway. And an even better photo opportuniy. We cater to Weddings of all sizes and types.
