Tara at Ethos
I honestly thought dress shopping was going to take days and multiple stores because I’m not someone who usually feels good in dresses. I walked into Ethos Bridal expecting to feel overwhelmed… but then I met Tara.
She listened so closely to what I liked, what I didn’t, and the overall vibe of my wedding. She didn’t just pull random options — every dress she brought out felt thoughtful and me. She made me feel comfortable, understood, and never rushed or pressured.
And the wildest part? At my very first appointment, at my first store, she found the dress that made me feel truly beautiful. I didn’t purchase it that day, but I couldn’t stop thinking about it — so I came back shortly after and said yes to the dress.
Tara made the whole experience easy, emotional in the best way, and honestly unforgettable. I’m so grateful she was the one guiding me. Ethos Bridal is lucky to have her -

Turned away at the door
I was looking for a wedding dress with my partner. We went in on a Saturday, which their website says is not appointment only. The woman at the front asked me when my wedding was, and I said within the next year. I asked if we could look around, and she told me that the staff are paid by commission and implied that if we weren’t guaranteed to buy a dress that day then they wouldn’t be making commission and wouldn’t want to serve us. She also said that they don’t want to spend their time on customers who are not guaranteed to purchase a dress that day because they would prefer to spend time on customers who had a higher chance of purchasing that day. On the day that we went, it was not busy and it seemed that there was only 1 bridal party in the store. I recommend going somewhere else. -

Amazing Experience
The staff at Ethos were so friendly and helped me find my dream dress! My Mom also purchased her wedding dress from Ethos in the 80s so it was special that they assisted me in finding my dress. -

Didn't do customizations and is now ignoring me
I paid extra for customizations to my dress and they didn't do them. When I asked about why they lied to me and said that "oh it just needs to be done in alterations". Doing it in alterations afterwards would have cost a fortune because the whole skirt would have had to be taken apart and ultimately, there wasn't enough time to do it either. I've been emailing them about my dissatisfaction and they have been ignoring me. Save your money and time and go elsewhere ladies! -

Made me feel comfortable and beautiful
Going into my first appointment I was incredibly nervous as a plus sized bride. I thought everything would look frumpy or nothing would fit and I’d be embarrassed. I was immediately put at ease and taken to a section for of beautiful dresses that actually fit. While I picked a couple out myself it was actually one selected by the sales associate I ended up buying, so they definitely do know their stuff! I was shocked to hear the price as I felt a dress that detailed and gorgeous would cost way outside my budget. Fittings were easy and I went with Ethos for alterations and I only needed two before I had a gorgeous wedding dress. -

Percect wedding dress!
The first dress I tried on was perfect and Ethos did an awesome job with alterations and the quick response time. AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!! -

Really Bad
This is the worst bridal boutique you can ever step your foot in. My wife had the worst possible experience with ethos. We were planning our wedding in between the pandemic. She ordered her already overpriced wedding gown hoping she would get good customer service at the very least. They told that they would take the dress for alterations and call within 2 weeks. They didn’t call and she had to call them atleast 4 times and leave voice mails to get them call back after weeks. She had some alterations to be done and had to wait months to get a look at the dress. They wouldn’t even respond to calls or voicemails. The second alteration made the gown look like from a halloween set. We had to get the gown to davids bridal to get it fixed which they did within a week. Avoid Ethos Bridal. Period. -

So generous!
We ended up going to Ethos on a whim, right when salons were opening after the lockdown; we were in the area trying on dresses and happened to call the salon right before the sales consultant was going to leave (she ended up staying late to help us find "the one") We were immediately greeted with warm, open arms, and they had me in dresses within 5 minutes of me telling them what I was envisioning. All of the women at the boutique were experts and were listening to what I had to say and pulling gowns matching the criteria - need to also mention that we needed the dress within 3 months so they were a bit limited with what we could order. We ended up finding The dress and when my mother and I went to pay, the consultant noted that there was a discrepancy in pricing - the dress had the wrong tag on it and was actually $1100 more. The owner/manager was BEYOND lovely and honored the marked price of the dress!! We were so blown away by the kindness and generosity we experienced in the salon that day and will never forget it! -

Beautiful Wedding Gowns and Boutique
I had a great experience working with Ethos to find/alter my wedding dress. Valerie did an incredible job with my alterations and ensured I was 100% satisfied with my dress upon pick up. Thanks for everything! -
