Amazing Results!
I brought in the wedding dress after my destination wedding in Mexico. My dress had a silk-like lining and a delicate daisy lace over top. After spending all night in my dress and raking the beach with it, it was almost completely black on the bottom 1-2 feet of the dress. I wasn’t sure how clean it would be able to get with the different materials and with how dirty it got, but the cleaners did an amazing job and had it looking as good as new in only 5 days! I had requested a rush on the cleaning as I had plans to wear it again for a small ceremony in Alberta, and they were very willing to accommodate. The staff there had to research the material of my dress as there was no tag. They went above and beyond to make sure that they use the appropriate cleaning method for my dress. [Anonymous]They charged me an arm and a leg to clean my wedding gown and then when I went to pick it up they had re sewn on my stuff all wrong!! Then they said they would re sew it free of charge and left marks on my dress along with another bad sew job!! I was not impressed and the lady offered me nothing in return! Bad customer service on their end if you ask me! I was going to try and sell my wedding dress but now feel it's to botched to even do so:( -
