Dès que j’ai franchi la porte, j’ai su que j’étais au bon endroit. Chaque essayage était rempli d’émotion, de rires et de bienveillance. L’équipe a su transformer mes doutes en certitudes, et grâce à elle, j’ai trouvé une robe qui me ressemble, qui raconte mon histoire. Mon mariage était en Mai 2025 et j’étais trés trés contente et tout le monde a adoré la robe. Ce n’est pas juste un magasin, c’est un lieu où les rêves deviennent réalité. J’ai trouvée ma robe finalement avec eux finalement après plusieurs rendez-vous et plusieurs essayages et la je viens de y aller pour faire les altérations c’est madame Nadia qui les a pris pour moi elle m’a vraiment bien traité e je vous recommande vraiment leurs magasin c’est le meilleur et Nadia c’est une femme en or merci beaucoup 🤩

Nadia la meilleure des meilleures, un service excellent avec son expérience de 35 ans dans le domaine, c'est incomparable avec d'autres, Nadia c'est le sommet, et c'est rare d'atteindre le sommet sans avoir beaucoup d'ennemis, la réussite dans nos jours ça blesse beaucoup qui ne le mérite pas malheureusement. 🥰

J'ai acheté ma robe de mariée et j'ai eu un excellent service!
La propriétaire Nadia s'est assurée que tout était impécable tout au long du processus. Les robes sont d'une excellente qualité.
C'est aussi là que ma mère et ma tante ont acheté leur robe de mariée. J'avais aussi acheté ma robe de bal.
Je recommande fortement cet endroit.

Très bonne conseillère avec un grand coeur et un grand professionnalisme.

Mais la propriétaire était très hautaine, nous a donner un faux rabais (la robe revenait plus cher que ce qui est marqué sur l'étiquette de la robe). Et refuse d'admettre son erreur, même la conseillère lui a dit que le prix de la robe est moins cher que cela. Nadia s'est indigné et est devenue très défensive.

Suite à cette interaction, elle a essayer de convaincre la mariée de la prendre pareil en disant qu'on se marie qu'une fois, même si son faux rabais revenait plus cher que le prix de la robe et plus cher que le budget.

Faites attention à la vente a pression.

Après avoir vu les autres commentaires/avis, on regrette beaucoup d'être allé dans cette boutique.

Nadia devrait se remettre en question et ne pas travailler sur le plancher si elle n'est pas capable d'être professionnelle et honnête.

At Chateau Nadia, there is a wide selection of beautiful gowns and overall I loved my wedding dress. However, I am concerned about the level of professionalism at this store and therefore my honest opinion is that I would recommend looking elsewhere.

I picked out my dress in February 2024. The size 8 model dress was quite worn and stretched, but still fit slightly small, so the employees at Chateau Nadia recommended to order a size 10. I was never measured in store (family members who were there with me also confirmed this). This was fine with me and made sense at the time - it may have been an oversight which I understand because it was really busy in the store that day.

I picked up my dress August 2024. I will credit that they were on time for shipping/pick up estimates! However, when trying my dress at this time, it was too small. I wasn’t overly worried because I understood alterations would help. However, one of the employees brought out a piece of paper with random measurements written down that she claimed were my measurements (physically impossible - I have never been the sizes they had written) and claimed that I had gained weight so it was not their fault it didn’t fit. I felt this was such an inappropriate response for a bride, especially in front of others in the store. They proceeded to tell me that they could do all necessary alterations in one day (I was leaving the province the following morning). I was extremely worried about this timeline given the alterations required, so I decided to take my dress and have alterations done elsewhere.

I left the store crying and upset because of unnecessary comments about weight and lying about my measurements. I ended up getting alterations elsewhere, which took 1 month to complete and multiple visits. I would recommend if you do purchase your dress here, be wary of their comments on timelines for alterations.

Overall things worked out in the end and I loved my dress! But I wish I had looked elsewhere to purchase it.

I brought my wedding dress to this shop as a referral from the store where I bought my dress.
I went there in Feb to make my dress altered even though my wedding day is in Aug. because I have to plan for a photo shoot anytime near my wedding month. After they took my measurements and charged me in full they said they gonna call me when the dress is ready.which I never bothered asking because I know the earliest I gave them the early I can get. I call in April to see if its ready. they told me its not gonna be ready until June. I called in June to follow up this time they said they’re working on with the dresses for July’s wedding date. I was very surprised when she said “this is how we work”. I told them why you didn’t mentioned to me this before when I came for the first time. I shouldn’t be giving you the dress. Isn’t that the client has to know these before taking your service. I told Sonia that I need the dress for my photo shoot I cannot make an appointment with my photographer because I need the dress, she said that she will try to ask the seamstress if she could do as early and could be ready by July. July came and still no one is calling me back. I called July 25, again to follow up. Now she is telling me that the dress gonna be ready in August, 1 week before the date of my wedding. Who’s bride would not get angry if you heard this kind of news. I got histerical over the phone and decided to go see them personally and get my dress and reimbursement. I asked my fiancé to accompany me because he speaks French and I’m not. When we got there, we said what’s our purpose of going there. With the surprise by the staff telling to us that the dress is with the seamstress and they couldn’t give the reembursement because the owner is not there. She also said that they could not give us the full reimbursement if they have already started to work on my dress. I asked to call their seamstress to see what is the status of the dress she said that they are starting the top part was open and cannot be moved because the beads will fall apart. They said they are willing to finish the dress but dont have exact deadline. Because they are very busy She said they are finishing a dress that the bride just brought to them for alterations and only have a week to work before the wedding. Her reasoning was “If you were that bride what do feel if your dress in not ready and you’re wedding is coming in few days”. Oh yeah thats what exactly how I feel now. Which for my situation I brought my dress since February and following up every month and still the dress haven’t been done which there is no big alteration for the dress. Why would you accept more service if the first dress that brought to your store have not been finished. At this point I am not trusting them all I’m thinking is about the photo shoot which I’ve aready arranged with the photographer and I just need my dress back to either finish or not. I’m already planning to bring this to legal matter if they would still keep on delaying or give excuses for not giving me the dress. I’ ve mentioned to them if I cannot get my dress tomorrow I will file a case for delays at the same time you causing me for the lost of money for the photographer for not doing the part of the photo shoot that I have already paid.
Well seems like it all worked, next day they called me saying the dress is there and will give me a full refund. I was so relieved for 5 months of not having clear dates for the dress. What makes me surprised was the I found out the the dress is UNTOUCHED prior of what she said that they already been started the top.
