I didn't end up finding my dress here but the staff were friendly and helpful!

My experience started out really well with Carousel. However, when I went to pick up my veil I noticed while it was in the package that it didn't quite look the same as the one I had ordered. The lady working assured me that it was "the same veil just a different version". When I brought it home and took it out of the package it was a completely different veil than what I had tried on and what they told me they would be ordering (I even showed them the pictures of the veil I had tried on prior to taking this veil home). In order to get a refund I really had to stand my ground. My experience only got worse when I reached out to them about the travel voucher I received from them when I bought my wedding dress. I had emailed the email provided on the back of the voucher and received a response from Zooba Travel. After looking up Zooba Travel and finding no information or reviews about them I wanted to make sure the voucher was not a scam. I reached out to several travel agents whom none of which recognized the voucher. Feeling concerned I called Carousel to ask where they received these vouchers from; I called them 3 times with no answer, left a message, and they failed to get back to me so the following week I called them back again. Finally, when talking to one of the workers and voicing my concerns the lady was very rude and defensive. If you want good customer service and to work with people who are attentive to detail, I would definitely recommend going elsewhere to buy your prom and/or wedding dress.

The ladies are wonderful! They helped me get the dress I wanted and it is absolutely perfect! It fits perfectly with no alterations needed!

After looking at their Facebook page I decided to book an appointment as I saw dresses in the style I liked. They called me the day before to confirm my appointment. I showed up for my appointment and one of the first things they said was how their wedding dress stock was low because of a lot of people buying off the rack recently. They had a small selection to begin with and what was left was nothing I would wear. If they had gave me a heads up when they called to confirm my appointment that they were low on stock-maybe ask me what style I was interested in to ensure there would be dresses for me to try on- I would have just rebooked. Instead, they wasted my time and gas money. Not a place worth going to unless you live in the city. I do not and would not waste my time travelling there again.
