Mixmaster Samir - an Absolute Legend!

I cannot recommend Samir enough. We booked him with one week of notice and that was more than enough time for him to help us sort out a plan (though for his sake, please give him notice, lol).
Leading up to the wedding he allowed numerous last-minute changes, all stress free for us.
He even advocated for us when our venue was trying to nickel-and-dime us on a $150 microphone rental fee.
He kept the crowd dancing and the people on their feet right up til the very end. Track selection was excellent. Transitions were smooth. Every song flowed into the next without a break in the action. The laser lights as an add-on were a great choice too. He kept the energy up as an MC. No regrets with this choice of DJ!

Samir!!!!!

We just wanted to say the biggest thank you for everything you did leading up to the wedding and on the day itself. You made the whole process feel so much less stressful for us (especially with the venue sound restrictions). On the wedding day you were amazing, everything was exactly how we pictured it from the sound quality & volume, music transitions & timing, to the glow sticks that literally everyone raved about! Because of you we were able to relax, be present, and enjoy every moment. Our day was everything we hoped for and more, and we are so grateful for all of your hard work and support.💓 we truly can’t thank you enough.

Great music all night

Our DJ kept the dance floor full all night! The music was exactly what we had asked for, with the perfect mix for all ages. They kept the energy up, read the room so well, and made sure the reception flowed smoothly. Guests are still telling us how much fun they had; we couldn’t have asked for better. Especially dealing with the venue and their strict regulations.

An absolute party!

From the moment I met with Samir, I knew he was the DJ we were looking for! He’s extremely organized, responsive, and easy to work with. We used Samir both at our Indian ceremony and our fusion Egyptian/Indian reception and he pulled it off flawlessly. He knows exactly what the crowd wants, and was able to keep people on the dance floor the entire night. There wasn’t a dull moment! I couldn’t be happier and more pleased with his services and I highly recommend booking him! Thanks again Samir! We will be sure to use you for any future parties!

Amazing dj&mc!

We had the pleasure of having Samir as our DJ and MC for our wedding on September 13, 2025 and we cannot thank him enough for being a part of our day. Samir kindly spent an hour with us in our initial meeting truly listening to our wants and ensuring that he was a perfect fit for our day. He continuously followed up with us to make sure that he was curating sets that we loved.

His ability to read the room was incredible. Every song felt perfectly timed, and the energy never dipped. Samir got all generations dancing together, which is no easy task. He nailed every transition and kept the vibe exactly where we wanted it.

Our guests could not stop complimenting the music. We highly recommend Samir and can’t wait to work with him again for future events! Thank you Samir!!!

Great DJ and MC!

We are so grateful to have had DJ Samir at our wedding at Palais Royale! He came fully prepared, followed the timeline from our planner perfectly, and stayed flexible with the changes that came up throughout the night. As an MC, he did an excellent job keeping us on track and reminding us of important moments, which made everything run so smoothly. As a DJ, he absolutely delivered—playing all the genres we had discussed beforehand, including my favorite K-pop songs, which made the night so personal and fun. He even brought glow sticks, which really helped energize the crowd and keep the dance floor lively. DJ Samir was engaging and such a joy to work with. Highly recommend!

Absolutely Incredible!!!

Samir went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was one our guests and ourselves would never forget. Everything from preparing for the big day to his communication and delivery was flawless - he put us at ease and made sure everything was totally perfect. Our guests kept dancing all night - we would recommend him to anyone!

Highly recommended — 5 stars without a doubt!

Samir was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The music, the
energy, the timing — everything flowed seamlessly. He followed our timeline with precision,
made all the right announcements, and even included over 70 song requests in multiple
languages (which he absolutely nailed!).
Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the music — everyone was singing, dancing, and
having the time of their lives. Samir even added dance floor lighting at no extra cost, which
made the atmosphere even more magical.
Thank you, Samir, for making our special day unforgettable. Your professionalism, kindness,
and talent made all the difference. We’re so grateful to have had you as part of our wedding!

Excellent, experienced DJ

We first heard Mixmaster Samir from Toronto DJ Services at a friends' wedding, and we liked the experience so much that we hired him for our own! He is a very experienced DJ who is easily able to read the mood of the room and keep the party going. You won't go wrong with Toronto DJ Services.
