We had Jim from Primetime as our Emcee and DJ for our wedding on August 16th, and we were satisfied with the job he did. He was very kind and upbeat and there were no hiccups on rhe wedding day. However, there were a couple things that prevent me from leaving a 5 star rating.

Primarily, the communication leading up to the wedding was quite poor. Responses were delayed and sometimes I would have to re-send emails multiple times to get a response. Jim didn't send me an invoice until the day before the wedding (I had asked for one several times in the weeks leading up to it.) The lack of communication led to some uneasiness on how things would unfold on the wedding day, although ultimately everything worked out well.

There was also one part during the wedding where my mother-in-law had asked him to read a couple specific lines to introduce something, and he ended up not using them and saying something off the cuff instead. It flowed well, but it wasn't what was asked.

I'm appreciative of Jim for his upbeat attitude and the good work he did on our wedding day, but I can't say it was worthy of a 5 star rating.

Jim did a great job as our DJ and MC. He kept everyone laughing and dancing.
Also, we originally requested the 360 photo booth but it needed repairs and he wasn't sure if it would be fixed in time for the wedding, so we booked the regular photo booth. But when he arrived at the wedding, he brought the 360 photo as well so we had both at no extra cost!
The photobooth attendant also did a great job and was a lot of fun.
I highly recommend Jim as a wedding DJ and MC.

we hired Jim as both our Mc and DJ. I would like to thank primetime entertainment for giving us the best night ever. the music was very good and all of our guests enjoyed the dancing part. Jim made our wedding fun and memorable. I could not thank him enough for giving great service at such incomparable price. his setup was good and included the dance lights. I could not believe that I only had to pay him $725 for 10hr service. If you ever doubt because the price, please don’t. Jim is extremely experienced and an expert at his job. he was very responsive whenever I have questions. too bad I don’t have pictures of his setup of my venue.

Jim was an awesome DJ to work with for our wedding. He was easy to communicate with and willing to go above and beyond to make our day special. We booked the Silver package, but we also needed an Emcee. We asked about adding the Emcee service to the Silver package, and he was happy to help out! Before our wedding he called to confirm our ceremony and reception music and helped us to feel confident that our wedding music would go off without a hitch. Jim did an absolutely wonderful job, playing a great selection of music and making sure to include all of our must play songs. Would definitely recommend Jim for your next wedding or event!

James or Jim Baxter, from Primetime entertainment was our incomparable DJ and also master of ceremonies. He always kept the atmosphere lively with lots of rhythm and lights. Jim has an excellent sound system and high quality lights. The way he mixed the songs kept our guests dancing for hours, as well as Jim, he was pleasing our guests with their different genres of music and the ambiance was always at the highest level. Thank you Jim, you are the best
