Amazing experience! When we were planning our wedding, we reached out to several DJ companies and let me tell you, most of them just didn't cut it. Many of those 'mainstream' DJs came off as so full of themselves. But then we met Brandon, and he was a total breath of fresh air! Right from our very first meeting, he was personable, professional, and wanted to know more about us rather than talk about himself: nothing like the other DJs we had encountered. Brandon genuinely took the time to get to know us and guided us effortlessly through the planning process, making it all feel completely stress-free. It was an easy decision to hire Focused Energy Productions for our ceremony and reception music, along with MC services and some uplighting. And oh my gosh, the day was a dream! Ray was our ceremony DJ, and he nailed it with an amazing mix of our selected genre, and perfectly timed each track during the ceremony itself. We had Brandon as our reception DJ and MC. He kept the energy sky-high and the vibes positive all night long!
We actually asked for video game soundtracks to be played during cocktail hour and dinner, and Brandon knocked it out of the park! He crafted a spectacular tracklist from our favourite games, and our guests couldn't stop talking about how much they loved it. Seeing everyone's faces light up with recognition when they heard a song was so fun to see! The dance floor was electric; nobody wanted to leave because he just kept serving up one hit after another! He even helped us and created a "custom" mix for one of the parent dances that included a fun gag. And the uplighting was gorgeous! I didn't think I would love it as much as I did, but it truly transformed the space. If you’re on the fence about it, just go for it!
To cap off the end of the night, he played our first dance song again, which was such a magical finishing touch. I can’t recommend Focused Energy Productions enough.

We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ and MC for our wedding! Focused Energy Productions was a pleasure to work with, from Brandon’s warmth and understanding during our calls, to DJ Jack for his work behind the scenes and making the evening everything we hoped it would be.
From the very beginning, they were professional, organized, responsive, and genuinely invested. They took the time to understand our vision, our music preferences, and the overall atmosphere we wanted for our celebration, and they delivered flawlessly.
DJ Jack did an incredible job keeping the evening flowing smoothly, making announcements at just the right moments, and bringing energy, and a great sense of humour to the night. The music playlist was amazing; he played all of our requests and created an amazing atmosphere. Everything felt natural and effortless, and our guests had so many wonderful things to say about him.
What stood out most was how easy they made everything feel for us. We were able to relax, enjoy our wedding, and trust that the evening was in great hands.
Thank you for helping make our wedding reception so much fun and so memorable. You played such an important part in our day, and we are incredibly grateful. We would wholeheartedly recommend their DJ and MC services to any couple looking for an amazing team for their wedding!

We used focused energy productions for photobooth services for our wedding over the weekend and it was perfect! Communication with Brandon was great start to finish! They were willing to come at any point in the night to pick everything up and they did it without interrupting any of the guests or the fun. Definitley reccomend!Focused Energy Productions's reply:

From the very first time we chatted with Brandon, we knew Focused Energy Productions was going to be the perfect fit for our wedding reception. Brandon was incredibly great to work with as we mapped out our timelines, and he was always available whenever we had questions. We even had some last-minute changes that we were quite stressed about, but he handled them effortlessly and made it seem like no problem at all, completely easing our minds.
On the day of, both our DJ and the photo booth attendant were absolutely delightful. Ray kept the music going all night long and read the room perfectly. He even happily obliged us elder emos by ending the night with an "emo hour"—which, believe it or not, kept the dance floor completely alive until the very end!
The photo booth was also a massive hit and stayed busy for the entire 4 hours it was set up. We are so grateful to the Brandon and his team for making our reception so seamless and fun. If you want a DJ company that is professional, flexible, and knows how to keep a party going, definitely hire them!Focused Energy Productions's reply:

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Brandon from Focused Energy Productions for our wedding! From start to finish, he was incredibly professional, talented, and just genuinely lovely to work with.
The biggest compliment we can give him is that our dance floor was packed the entire night. That was one of our biggest hopes for the wedding, and somehow Brandon kept everyone out there song after song. It’s not often you see a wedding dance floor stay that busy all night!
He did such a great job reading the room, keeping the energy up, and making sure everyone was having a great time. Everything was seamless and professional, and we couldn’t have been happier with his service.

We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ /Master of Ceremonies for our wedding! From the moment the music started, everything was absolutely perfect. Brandon kept the energy flowing, played the perfect songs for every special moment, and truly understood the atmosphere we wanted for our celebration.
Our guests had an amazing time, and the dance floor was full all night! He was professional, friendly, organized, and went above and beyond to make our wedding evening so memorable.

We used their combined DJ, MC, and photo booth package for our wedding last Saturday, and they were absolutely amazing! Everyone was timely and punctual and easy to deal with. The DJ kept the dance floor packed all night and followed song requests, the MC was professional and kept the evening running flawlessly with a great tone and attitude with suggestions to make the night better, and the photo booth was a massive hit with all of our guests. The photobooth guy was very friendly in helping our guests take photos and even helped us clean up for the night. Booking everything together made our planning so much easier, and the team delivered a seamless, high-energy experience from start to finish. Brandon and his team were so easy to work with! Played all songs exactly as we asked, answered any and all questions we had super quickly and honoured our “do not play” list. The forms to fill out were straight forward and easy to follow and also helped with the planning process! No missed items in the timeline!
Jack was our DJ and was fantastic. Kept the party going and closed it out on time too!
Would recommend them for your wedding for sure!
