  Do Not Book

  I don’t normally write bad reviews but people deserve to know what they pay for. We had hired Anthony to do our wedding for June 2018. After we had driven an hour to an an additional hour from Anthony’s office in the basement of his house to discuss the event, we were feeling pretty confident he understood what we had wanted. Come the wedding day, someone we had never even met showed up to DJ. We were quite surprised as during our meeting Anthony said he was the one going to be there with no mention of anyone else. During our initial meeting, I expressed a big interest to have a “high energy” fun entrance. Again, he said, “no problem, I’ll take care of it all, you don’t have to worry about a thing.” This stranger who showed up apparently knew nothing about the big entrance whatsoever or each specific song the bridal party had preselected for their entrances, so our MC had to scramble to make due and did it all himself on the fly. On top of that, we were told literally one minute before the mother son dance that he couldn’t get the specific song to work, so I presume it was never tested before the event whatsoever. My mother-in-law was quite upset as she had put a lot of thought into the song she had wanted to dance with her son to. Later on in the evening he finally got it working and offered to play it, but really there was no point as the night was already winding down. And even after that, we had paid for a lighted monogram to be displayed at our wedding. It was an older venue and we were told after our wedding that some of the outlets didn’t work and he had no place to plug it in. We realize that happens, but after expressing our concerns and rightfully asking for a refund for the service that was never provided, he said he would send the money right away, and we received nothing. Countless emails to him later, he has refused to respond to us. So we are out money and out memories. Unfortunately, the DJ was the worst part about our wedding, which is really too bad. Do not book them.

  Anthony was an awesome DJ! The dinner music was perfect volume and type of music and then he kept the dance floor full right until the end of the night. His uplighting suggestion was great - we never would have thought of it. His price was also totally reasonable!

  By Far the best. Everyone at my wedding commented on how Awesome the music was. Nice & Friendly no matter what. Thank you for making my wedding day one to remember.

  Michelle and Anthony were fantastic!!! We were both blown away with the dedication and effort they showed from start to finish! We were so impressed that we will be telling everyone about our DJ experience. Truly went over and above what they had to!! Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!!

  Adam was amazing at keeping the dance floor packed all night, and putting up with an intoxicated family member loitering around his booth demanding more country music all night. I was thoroughly impressed with him. The lighting effect for the silver package was just enough, the music selection was phenomenal.

  The music was great. We were able to use their online tools to organize our preferred music and give them a timeline for the day. Only a few things that were sloppy - 1. Ceremony music wasn't loud enough to begin, but then was adjusted. He probably could have avoided this by testing the volume before we started. 2. We had a slideshow and the screen was crooked and he hit stop before it ended.
  However, overall the responsiveness was good and the guests had a great time listening and dancing to the music. Also, they were able to locate different songs that weren't on their list.

  Worst company ever

  Horrible company to deal with. My wife and I had the same experience as many others. He meets with you and promises you everything and when the day comes he bails and sends someone else that has no clue whats going on and does not deliver what was promised. This creates undue stress that is not needed. When confronted about the problem he refuses to make it right. I would highly recommend people look for another company.

  Anthony Was Awesome. From my first email to him asking for a quote to the final song of the night he was friendly, professional and helpful. He played a wide variety of music that had our guests dancing all night. The best thing about Creative Audio is whenever I sent a email asking a question I had a response within the hour and always knew that they were there to help my fiancee and I along the way.

  Creative Audio was a very realiable and great service for our wedding. We had a blast and all of our guests had a very crazy time on the dance floor. The cost is very good as well as their professional attitudes! Great Service Overall!
