Best wedding decor and coordination team
We had the most incredible experience working with Viva Events for our wedding decor and day-of coordination. From the very beginning, Mariya was absolutely amazing! She is so patient, thoughtful, detail-oriented, and was genuinely invested in making sure our day felt beautiful, seamless, and personal to us.
I had a very specific vision for the flowers and wanted a soft yellow theme that still felt elegant, romantic, and timeless. Mariya took the time to show me different mockups, talk through the details with me, and help refine the vision until we came up with something even more beautiful than I had imagined. They also made sure we had multiple video calls and meetings leading up to the wedding so every detail could be discussed and finalized exactly how we envisioned it. The whole process was straightforward, organized, and easy to navigate, and from day one I felt like I could fully trust them with everything without having to worry about the details myself.
When I walked into the room on the wedding day, everything completely exceeded my expectations. The decor was stunning. The centrepieces in particular were breathtaking and truly elevated the entire reception space. Everyone was captivated by them, and our guests kept commenting on how beautiful and elegant the room looked. From the ceremony setup to the reception, sweetheart table, aisle arrangements, florals, and candles, every detail felt intentional and beautifully executed.
What made Viva Events stand out even more was how much care they put into the little details throughout the day. They even helped set up my jewelry and accessories beautifully for photography, which meant so much to me, as I have absolutely no artistic skills myself. Those small touches showed how thoughtful and attentive they were, not just with the big design elements, but with every part of the experience.
As day-of coordinators, they were amazing! They were so on top of our timeline, making sure no detail was missed and that we had time to do everything we had planned. They were especially thoughtful about timing our photos so we didn’t miss important lighting moments, which I am so grateful for. They kept the day moving smoothly, directed guests so well, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and was having a good time.
Majid was also wonderful and brought such a warm, fun energy to the day. He even had our guests laughing while they were waiting in line at the bar. It added such a personal and memorable touch to the evening.
We are so grateful to Viva Events for going above and beyond for us. They were professional, reliable, kind, creative, organized, and truly exceptional at what they do. Beautiful Traditional engagement party
We had the pleasure of working with Maryam and Majid for our daughter’s engagement ceremony, and we are truly happy with our choice. They designed a beautiful, modern Sofreh Aghd exactly according to our taste and preferences. All of their items were clean, complete, and of excellent quality, and Maryam arranged everything with exceptional style and attention to detail.
They were also very organized and punctual when it came to picking up the items after the event, which truly reflects their professionalism and sense of responsibility.

Above and beyond, professional, exceptional service
We contacted viva events to help us with our large Christmas event. They came to the site to take a look, we discussed my vision for the event and they set the ball into motion right away. We used their "day of coordinator" services, and it was money well spent. They handled everything, smoothed out any wrinkles in coordination, made sure all the vendors arrived and gave me the time to enjoy the event instead of running around all evening. The quality of the rental furniture was excellent, and they were incredibly efficient. We will be using them again next year for sure!Viva Events & Decor's reply:

Fall Wedding
Mariya and Dave were fantastic to work with and delivered above and beyond what we were expecting for our wedding. They were quick to respond, flexible, and gave great recommendations on decor. Such a great and friendly service!
When we first contacted Dave, we were first taken aback by the price. So we first shopped around, and quickly found out the price is actually well worth the headaches that were prevented.
Dave and his wife were amazing to work with. They give very realistic advice and have an amazing sense of design for every piece of decoration. They just want to know what you want for the wedding, and they'll give you a selection of designs to choose from.
We have nothing but compliments with their service, and would highly recommend them to anyone who have doubts!

Sept 2025 wedding
We found Viva through a wedding expo and we're so glad we did!
Responses were very quick and always within 24 hours (even on weekends!) Services included a site visit and mock up session, which was super helpful to see the different decor options in person with respect to textures, colours and details. We so appreciated being able to get a glimpse of the vision coming together before the big day. Mariya's thoughtful suggestions were indicative of her attention to detail and great taste, a plus for indecisive folks like us. For more decisive folks, available decor items (with prices!) are available to see on their online catalogue.
Flower arrangements were of high quality with a striking resemblance to real blooms. We were able to reuse some of our church ceremony decor as table centerpieces at our reception venue. Small floral accents were also added to our welcome sign, seating chart, cake, guestbook and head table to complement our decor theme. All of these little details made walking into our beautiful reception venue feel like a dream come true.

Wedding decorations
Viva did am excellent job with our wedding decorations! I really liked that they did a mock up of our decorations a few months before our wedding. It was great because we were able to see what they had and how they put things together and we were able to make some changes so that everything was perfect for the wedding. I don't think any other decorators do this. They were very responsive to emails whenever we had questions or concerns. We got answers right away. They were lovely to work with. They even helped us tie ribbon bows for the guest chairs even though we didn't rent these from them. They also helped us put together a welcome table last minute. Our wedding venue looked amazing!!
