We had the most incredible experience working with Viva Events for our wedding decor and day-of coordination. From the very beginning, Mariya was absolutely amazing! She is so patient, thoughtful, detail-oriented, and was genuinely invested in making sure our day felt beautiful, seamless, and personal to us.
I had a very specific vision for the flowers and wanted a soft yellow theme that still felt elegant, romantic, and timeless. Mariya took the time to show me different mockups, talk through the details with me, and help refine the vision until we came up with something even more beautiful than I had imagined. They also made sure we had multiple video calls and meetings leading up to the wedding so every detail could be discussed and finalized exactly how we envisioned it. The whole process was straightforward, organized, and easy to navigate, and from day one I felt like I could fully trust them with everything without having to worry about the details myself.
When I walked into the room on the wedding day, everything completely exceeded my expectations. The decor was stunning. The centrepieces in particular were breathtaking and truly elevated the entire reception space. Everyone was captivated by them, and our guests kept commenting on how beautiful and elegant the room looked. From the ceremony setup to the reception, sweetheart table, aisle arrangements, florals, and candles, every detail felt intentional and beautifully executed.
What made Viva Events stand out even more was how much care they put into the little details throughout the day. They even helped set up my jewelry and accessories beautifully for photography, which meant so much to me, as I have absolutely no artistic skills myself. Those small touches showed how thoughtful and attentive they were, not just with the big design elements, but with every part of the experience.
As day-of coordinators, they were amazing! They were so on top of our timeline, making sure no detail was missed and that we had time to do everything we had planned. They were especially thoughtful about timing our photos so we didn’t miss important lighting moments, which I am so grateful for. They kept the day moving smoothly, directed guests so well, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and was having a good time.
Majid was also wonderful and brought such a warm, fun energy to the day. He even had our guests laughing while they were waiting in line at the bar. It added such a personal and memorable touch to the evening.
We are so grateful to Viva Events for going above and beyond for us. They were professional, reliable, kind, creative, organized, and truly exceptional at what they do. Maria and Dave at Viva Events did a phenomenal job designing, organizing, and setting up the décor for our wedding. They have a great selection and were able to help us figure what we needed to have our small home wedding feel complete and welcoming for our guests. They also helped us connect with a great florist and took care of the flowers. They were very easy to work with and helped us find waiting staff who was incredibly helpful for our day. We highly recommend them. -

We had such a wonderful experience working Dave & mariya for our wedding! They helped with our day-of coordination as well as some of our rentals, and everything turned out absolutely beautiful. The entire team was organized, professional, and had such great attention to detail. It was so nice knowing everything was being taken care of behind the scenes so we could just enjoy our day.
Everything looked amazing and came together exactly how we had hoped. We were so happy with how everything turned out and truly appreciated all the work that went into making our wedding day so beautiful and seamless.

Ordered some Charger Plates for an intimate wedding reception. Mariya & Dave were very helpful and responsive, providing a smooth experience. They even threw in a few extra at no charge! We hired Viva Event to bring our pre-wedding beach party to life for our friends and family, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better team. This event was incredibly important to us because it was the celebration before our wedding day and we wanted it to set the tone for everything that followed.
We had a very specific vision for the décor and overall atmosphere, and Mariya and Dave absolutely excelled at bringing that vision to life. They paid attention to every little detail and somehow made everything look even more beautiful than we had imagined.
But what stood out to us most was how genuinely they cared for our guests. They welcomed everyone with such warmth, made sure everyone was comfortable, had plenty of food and drinks, and were constantly checking in to make sure everyone was taken care of. Our friends and family couldn’t stop talking about how wonderful, kind, and attentive they were.
Mariya and Dave are such a beautiful couple, and it was an absolute pleasure having them be part of such a special weekend for us. They kept everything organized, running smoothly, and allowed us to relax and actually enjoy the celebration with the people we love most.

We used Viva for our wedding this past weekend and it was everything we could've every envisioned. From the very beginning they were so accommodating. Their service is truly amazing and I would recommend them over and over. We first came across Viva when we were venue searching and they were set up for a wedding at one of the venues and grabbed their card. Just so happen that we went with them since we saw them in action!

We contacted viva events to help us with our large Christmas event. They came to the site to take a look, we discussed my vision for the event and they set the ball into motion right away. We used their "day of coordinator" services, and it was money well spent. They handled everything, smoothed out any wrinkles in coordination, made sure all the vendors arrived and gave me the time to enjoy the event instead of running around all evening. The quality of the rental furniture was excellent, and they were incredibly efficient. We will be using them again next year for sure!Viva Events & Decor's reply:
