Jack and Jill of All Trades
Planning a wedding during a pandemic is stressful, but with Abby and Neil, they were super adaptable and provided reassurance and helped us get through each stage of planning. We were so impressed with their professionalism and the creativity they brought to the table. While I’m a very thorough type A personality, they were coming up with things and having contingency plans for things we hadn’t thought of. On our wedding day, I wasn’t at all stressed about the set up. I know Abby had it all under control… and I was right. Everything looked so beautiful from the florals, to the set up of the ceremony and reception, to the small details of decor placement and we were blown away. At the end of the night, we didn’t have to worry about take down at all. All of our guests could enjoy themselves without worrying about set up, take down, or even any last minute emergencies thanks to Abby and Neil. Additionally, being a same sex couple it is always nerve wracking during the wedding planning process for fear of unfair treatment. Abby and Neil made us feel so comfortable and not unlike any other couple. Abby and the Urbana Group were an absolute godsend for our wedding! Abby executed our wedding day flawlessly and was so helpful and responsive in helping us plan during the month leading up to the wedding and with taking care of decor rental/set-up/take-down for a very reasonable cost. Beautiful, Quality and Professional!
We sourced our chairs, chargers and floral decor through Urbana. Really important to note, the coveted Chiavari chairs were great lovely in person and well priced compared to other vendors. They were even able to source a podium and style it for us. Abby was great! She was so willing to help! She even went out of her way to help decorate our head table and side tables with loose flowers I had already purchased. Everyone who interacted with her was super impressed. They came and set up and tore down for us in the same day included in the cost and our venue was far away. She was super flexible and wanted to make our style and vision come to life. The best day thanks fo Abby and Neil!!
Abby & Neil made our day turn into the most magical event. They supported us all the way through planning to the end of our wedding day. We did all our decor rentals, day of coordinating and florals through Abby. The flowers looks so amazing and all the table settings and decor could not have been more amazing. Abby took care of all the day activities from set up, ceremony prep, rehearsal and flow of the day. It would not have been half the day without the two of them helping us through.
