Services Offered

The Urbana Group can provide a variety of event rentals, such as white, mahogany, and gold Chiavari chairs, table linens, arches, and flower décor. They also have a selection of charger plates, centrepieces, cake stands, signs, and more to choose from. The team offers wedding planning services, floral solutions, and photo booths as well. Their day-of coordination services include two packages, a Set-Up and Take-Down Package, which is perfect for DIY couples, and the Full Package for those who need a little more help to make their big day complete.

Jack and Jill of All Trades

Planning a wedding during a pandemic is stressful, but with Abby and Neil, they were super adaptable and provided reassurance and helped us get through each stage of planning. We were so impressed with their professionalism and the creativity they brought to the table. While I’m a very thorough type A personality, they were coming up with things and having contingency plans for things we hadn’t thought of. On our wedding day, I wasn’t at all stressed about the set up. I know Abby had it all under control… and I was right. Everything looked so beautiful from the florals, to the set up of the ceremony and reception, to the small details of decor placement and we were blown away. At the end of the night, we didn’t have to worry about take down at all. All of our guests could enjoy themselves without worrying about set up, take down, or even any last minute emergencies thanks to Abby and Neil. Additionally, being a same sex couple it is always nerve wracking during the wedding planning process for fear of unfair treatment. Abby and Neil made us feel so comfortable and not unlike any other couple. We are so grateful for them and would 100% recommend them to all couples if you’re looking for something beautifully planned, decorated, and no associated stress.

Exceptional Wedding Decor by The Urbana Group: A Stress-Free Experience!

I recently had the pleasure of working with The Urbana Group for my wedding decor, and I can't recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, their service was exceptional. They were incredibly flexible with my requests, and their prices were a steal for the quality they provide.

Communication was another standout aspect of my experience. They responded promptly to all my inquiries, and the team was always friendly and clear, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

The execution on the day of the event was flawless. Everything looked stunning, and the pickup and drop-off of decor was so easy—it truly made my life as a bride so much simpler!

The Urbana Group took away so much of the stress that comes with planning a wedding, and I'm deeply grateful for their hard work and dedication. If you're looking for a decor company that delivers outstanding service and beautiful results, I highly recommend them!

Best Rentals!

Urbana group was such a pleasure to deal with and made our wedding so beautiful. I couldn’t have asked for a better rental company. They came in and set everything up and then took everything down after the wedding. It was so easy for my husband and I and everything was so done beautifully. They did our seating chart, welcome sign, chairs, linens, greenery wall back drop for our Photo Booth & a beautiful back drop for our head table. I spoke a lot with Christine and she was so kind and professional and replied to my emails very quickly!! Couldn’t recommend Urbana more.

Urbana group

Abby from Urbana has been incredible to work with. From her ability to work within our budget, to providing incredible rentals, be it plates, cups, flutes, etc… and to creating a beautiful seating chart and a welcome sign for us. Her flexibility, kindness and willingness to go above and beyond in order to make our vision come true for my daughter's bridal shower is beyond words. We cannot thank her enough for her kindness throughout this process and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for rentals! She’s an absolute pleasure to work with.

Highly recommend!!

The Urbana Group made planning our wedding so much easier! The fact that they were the 1 vendor for multiple services made planning so much smoother. I supplied them with a few ideas of what I wanted and they put everything together beautifuly. I even had a last minute change on the day that Abby was able to accomidate on the spot. The photobooth was also a HUGE hit with all the guests. The fact that we could print a few copies of the photos was great. I highly recommend the Urbana Group.

Excellent, highly recommended!

Christine made the whole rental process super easy for us! Quick response time, great communication, accommodating, she even went to our venue to try out the chair covers to make sure they would fit. Their prices are fair. Highly recommended.

Wedding decor rentals and set-up/take down

The Urbana Group went above and beyond any expectations we could have had. They provided our chair and linen rentals in addition to entirely setting up and taking down our ceremony and reception. Thy were super friendly, communicative, and had very fair pricing. We provided minimal guidance, yet they worked with what we gave them and made everything beautiful. Their event director, Christine, even helped us pick a new location for our ceremony when we discovered a few days before the wedding that the location we had been planning on was being weed treated. Would recommend their services a million times over.

Easy to work with & beautiful bouquets!

Abby & Neil we’re super responsive and easy to communicate with throughout wedding planning. They listened to my ideas for my bouquet and wedding flowers and matched the flowers perfectly to what I envisioned! I received so many compliments on the beautiful flowers and they were absolutely stunning on the day and in pictures.

Good price and efficient service!

Very efficient! The chairs we rented were set up the morning of our wedding without any issues at all. They were very punctual for delivery and pick up!

110% Recommend!!

Urbana Group was so amazing while planning my wedding! I didn't end up booking the chair rental until approximately 1 month prior to my wedding and even within a short time frame they accommodated my budget, amount of chairs and location for the chair rental. Abby is so friendly and was very approachable! Highly recommend booking Urbana Group for your wedding!!

Abby has been in the wedding industry since 2012. Starting in the industry as a Wedding Coordinator, she has grown her small home based business to include wedding rentals, photo booths, bridesmaid dress rentals, floral, and cakes.

After graduating with a certificate in Human Resources, she continues to work in various industries within the HR field, specializing in Talent Acquisition.

She works with a team just as devoted as she is to help to execute the perfect day for you!

You'll see Neil at all the events. He is usually the one who is carrying all of the heavy things.

Neil isn't just a pretty face with large biceps. After graduating with his Economics Degree from the University of Calgary, he started his career as an entrepreneur. He owned and operated MVP Barber Shop for around 10 years and shortly after selling his business, started working with Abby at Urbana Rentals.
