The team has been providing soon-to-be newlyweds with the best decor products since 2011. They are committed to creating a truly magical experience for all couples and their loved ones.

Services Offered

The Urbana Collective can provide a variety of event rentals, such as white, mahogany and gold Chiavari chairs, table linens, arches, and flower decor. They also have a selection of charger plates, centrepieces, cake stands, signs, and more to choose from. The team offers wedding planning services, floral solutions, and photo booths as well. Their day-of coordination services include two packages, a Set-Up and Take-Down Package which is perfect for DIY couples and the Full Package for those that need a little more help to make their big day complete.

Best Rentals!

Urbana group was such a pleasure to deal with and made our wedding so beautiful. I couldn’t have asked for a better rental company. They came in and set everything up and then took everything down after the wedding. It was so easy for my husband and I and everything was so done beautifully. They did our seating chart, welcome sign, chairs, linens, greenery wall back drop for our Photo Booth & a beautiful back drop for our head table. I spoke a lot with Christine and she was so kind and professional and replied to my emails very quickly!! Couldn’t recommend Urbana more.

Excellent, highly recommended!

Christine made the whole rental process super easy for us! Quick response time, great communication, accommodating, she even went to our venue to try out the chair covers to make sure they would fit. Their prices are fair. Highly recommended.

Easy to work with & beautiful bouquets!

Abby & Neil we’re super responsive and easy to communicate with throughout wedding planning. They listened to my ideas for my bouquet and wedding flowers and matched the flowers perfectly to what I envisioned! I received so many compliments on the beautiful flowers and they were absolutely stunning on the day and in pictures.

Good price and efficient service!

Very efficient! The chairs we rented were set up the morning of our wedding without any issues at all. They were very punctual for delivery and pick up!

110% Recommend!!

Urbana Group was so amazing while planning my wedding! I didn't end up booking the chair rental until approximately 1 month prior to my wedding and even within a short time frame they accommodated my budget, amount of chairs and location for the chair rental. Abby is so friendly and was very approachable! Highly recommend booking Urbana Group for your wedding!!

Highly Recommend!

Abby and the Urbana Group were an absolute godsend for our wedding! Abby executed our wedding day flawlessly and was so helpful and responsive in helping us plan during the month leading up to the wedding and with taking care of decor rental/set-up/take-down for a very reasonable cost. All of our item rentals with Urbana Group were perfect. Would highly recommend!

The best decorations place ever!

Best wedding decorations company ever! Urbana group has the perfect decorations I'm looking for and they also have a wide variety of items to choose from. Abby was friendly, professional and knowledgeable in helping me with my needs and budget. She has been tremendously patient and understanding with our circumstances. I highly recommend urbana group to everyone!

Great decor options

We got our chairs from the Urbana group and they turned out great. Unfortunately we didn't get the color we originally wanted but we got others that we loved. The only criticism I have is that they were very late dropping off the chairs at the venue. Luckily it was the night before so it didn't affect the wedding but our friends and family helping us set up had to be rushed getting to the rehearsal dinner.

The best day thanks fo Abby and Neil!!

Abby & Neil made our day turn into the most magical event. They supported us all the way through planning to the end of our wedding day. We did all our decor rentals, day of coordinating and florals through Abby. The flowers looks so amazing and all the table settings and decor could not have been more amazing. Abby took care of all the day activities from set up, ceremony prep, rehearsal and flow of the day. It would not have been half the day without the two of them helping us through. If you are looking for wedding decor, chairs, ceremony decor, rentals, florals, Day of coordination this is your go to for it all. Thank you for all you did for our wedding

Beautiful, Quality and Professional!

We sourced our chairs, chargers and floral decor through Urbana. Really important to note, the coveted Chiavari chairs were great lovely in person and well priced compared to other vendors. They were even able to source a podium and style it for us. Abby was great! She was so willing to help! She even went out of her way to help decorate our head table and side tables with loose flowers I had already purchased. Everyone who interacted with her was super impressed. They came and set up and tore down for us in the same day included in the cost and our venue was far away. She was super flexible and wanted to make our style and vision come to life. I had spoken with many other decorators and she blows them away. Definitely check them out!

Abby Clissold

Abby has been in the wedding industry since 2012. Starting in the industry as a Wedding Coordinator, she has grown her small home based business to include wedding rentals, photo booths, bridesmaid dress rentals, floral, and cakes.

After graduating with a certificate in Human Resources, she continues to work in various industries within the HR field, specializing in Talent Acquisition.

She works with a team just as devoted as she is to help to execute the perfect day for you!

Neil Clissold
Neil Clissold

You'll see Neil at all the events. He is usually the one who is carrying all of the heavy things.

Neil isn't just a pretty face with large biceps. After graduating with his Economics Degree from the University of Calgary, he started his career as an entrepreneur. He owned and operated MVP Barber Shop for around 10 years and shortly after selling his business, started working with Abby at Urbana Rentals.
