Decor-Rent

Excellent advice on color selection for wedding linens. Worked to adjust a set up/tear down of linens for a reduced guest list (less than 100 guests - added sashes to chairs as fewer chairs were required than minimum).

We got our rehearsal dinner chair covers from Decor-Rent. The staff is extremely nice, their prices are VERY reasonable and their quality of service is perfect. We were very pleased with everything - the vendor even let us drop off the covers a couple of days after the wedding so we could relax the day after and not stress about returning everything. Will totally use their service again in the future!

We rented a tent, chairs and other items from decor rent and Paul was such a pleasure to work with! He came on site to ensure the tent would fit and gave suggestions to us as well. His team set up and tore down efficiently and I would rent items from them again in the future!

Paul provided us with linens for a two day wedding, and along with a backdrop. We found Paul to be very flexible and accommodating with our requests/needed - he worked with our budget, and provided great service and a sense of humour :) Our venue looked beautiful, and I would recommend his services to others!

Decor-rent did the decorations (head table, backdrop, gift table, linens, chair covers) for our wedding at Heintzman House in July and we couldn't have been more pleased with everything. The decor looked beautiful. What we were most impressed with was the customer service Paul provided. He was easily reachable by phone, responded to emails promptly, and was very accommodating in scheduling meetings with us at times that were convenient for us. He offered valuable feedback on how to make everything look great, which we really appreciated. We also quite enjoyed Paul's sense of humour, and really had fun deciding on decor with him! Decor-rent was one of our best vendors and we would definitely recommend them.

The website is a bit dated and their office is small and crowded, but the selection of linens is awesome, the service is friendly and the price can't be beat! For our wedding earlier this month, we rented satin table linens and chair sashes (our venue provided some but Decor-Rent's pricing was so good that getting the linens we wanted totally fit our budget. The quality was awesome, they have a ton of colours and fabrics, they set up some options in store which really helped when comparing things, and the return process was totally hassle-free. I would definitely recommend them for linen rentals!

We had our wedding on August 8 and were referred to decor-rent by our hotel. My husband and reviewed several decor agencies before committing to decor-rent. Other agencies wouldn't listen when we told them we were on a budget and were only looking for a backdrop and some table linens and tried to sell us all these extras that weren't necessary because the hotel was providing it already. Alex and his wife were extremely understanding and helpful with finding us ways to make our wedding look beautiful while sticking to our budget. Never once did they try to sell us more then we needed unless we wanted it. Their products were beautiful, clean and easy to assemble (we DIY'd a lot for our wedding). Don't think easy to assemble means cheap, the quality of their products was as good as other places we visited. They were one of the few vendors who had our order ready on time by the date we specified.
