I too had a terrible experience with Nicky! What a joke...she's rude and disorganized. Any positive reviews must be from herself or family.
I ended up renting from her table cloths, napkins and chair covers. When I met with her we agreed upon a certain colour of tablecloth...while it wasn't exactly what I was looking for, I was satisfied that it would suit my needs. She drew up the contract and I paid my deposit. A few months later (and closer to the wedding date) she called me excitedly and explained that she had found the perfect tablecloth for me in the exact colour I was hoping for. I immediately went to see them and was excited because they were so perfect...however she did notify me that they were coming in from the US and she could not guarantee that they would be there at the time of the wedding...I assured her that this was okay and that if they didn't come in we would just go with the original ones I ordered.
Fast forward to the day before the wedding...tablecloths were delivered to the hall...THEY WERE NOT WHAT I ORDERED (neither the 'new ones' nor the original ones). I didn't see them until 5pm the night before the wedding...it was too late to change or call to have it fixed as the tables had all the place settings and centerpieces already on them and we had our rehearsal at 7pm.
When I called Nicky and asked her why she didn't call me to let me know that she made the unilateral decision to change the tablecloth, she told me 'well I told the caterer'????!!!! Huh???!!! Her contract was with me and NOT the caterer.
Needless to say...she gave me the run around right after the wedding as well. I asked for a copy of the invoice months prior to the wedding and months after. She rarely communicated back and if she did she had 'a meeting'...her 'computer was broke'...'broken printer'...yada yada.
She's ridiculous and a fraud. No attempt a reasonable resolution...or compensation.
