The company’s founder and chef, Kaliopi Pappas, also known as Popi, grew up with her grandmother’s cooking which has influenced her cooking style. Her Greek family roots propelled her to create Mega Alexander Foods Catering and Gourmet Greek Products line. With over 15 years hospitality experience, she began her venture in 2007. She loves her job, catering and creating magnificent Mediterranean buffets for weddings and other events.
