Hello there!
I started Lowlands Fire Food because I wanted to give my community a food truck catering option that uses well grown local and organic ingredients.
I have worked with wood-fire cusine for over 5 years and very much love what I do.
Catering weddings is one of my favorite things to do because I get the opportunity to put a cherry on top of a very special day by providing people with the tastes and flavours of authentic wood-fire pizzas and flatbreads, which is sure to keep everyone happy, dancing and drinking late into the night!
