Late night wedding

Was amazing food. Had my guest waiting in line for seconds and happy about it!!!

Drove the oven right to the guest down in the woods which made the whole thing way better.

Spectacular Service & Even Better Pizza

My wife and I wanted Lowlands the second we saw it as the pizza oven looks so inviting and is such a unique idea for wedding late night food.
The pizza itself was delicious, as close as I have had to homemade Italian pizza since I was in Florence 4 years ago.
Max offered a variety of options including the classic margarita, loaded with all the toppings and even a dessert pizza! The price was very low in comparison to the value.
Our guests loved it and if I hold another event / private party they will be the first food vendor I call.

Hello there!

I started Lowlands Fire Food because I wanted to give my community a food truck catering option that uses well grown local and organic ingredients.

I have worked with wood-fire cusine for over 5 years and very much love what I do.

Catering weddings is one of my favorite things to do because I get the opportunity to put a cherry on top of a very special day by providing people with the tastes and flavours of authentic wood-fire pizzas and flatbreads, which is sure to keep everyone happy, dancing and drinking late into the night!
