  Choose hawley crescent!

  WOW! What a wedding that was. We are super super super happy we chose Hawley to cater and coordinate our wedding. Sue and Heather, the head chef, and all the staff went above and beyond in every way possible. We received multiple compliments on the food as well as the service they provided. Here are some of the comments we received below:

  "That beef literally melted in my mouth it was so good"
  "The food was not only super delicious, the staff was also very friendly and were smiling which made the world of a difference"
  
  We can't thank Hawley enough for being instrumental in making our day perfect. I also wanted to note the little things that made our day extra special. Sue, went out of your way to grab the bartender and ask myself and the bridesmaids if we wanted something to drink before the ceremony, she honestly read my mind! Heather, having her there, coordinating what needed to go where, ensuring everything ran smoothly really comforted us as we knew we were in good hands. The servers made a conscious effort to ensure Danny and I received some appetizers & pizza, that did not go unnoticed and we appreciated that so much.

  Excellent experience!

  We hired Hawley Crescent for our wedding and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! Heather, Sue and Mandy were always responsive to our emails and phone calls. We worked closely with the team to create the perfect menu for our big day. The food was amazing and our guests raved about it. They were very accommodating with food allergies. The servers were excellent and very attentive to our guests' needs.
  
  We would also highly recommend their event planning for your special occasion. The Hawley Crescent team did an excellent job with bringing our vision to life. They handled all of the decor and set up on the day of our wedding and also helped manage our other vendors. This brought us peace of mind on on our big day as we didn't have to stress about all the small details. Our day went so smoothly and we were able to enjoy it to its fullest. We would definitely use their services again in the future!

  All Inclusive Planning & Catering

  We are so happy that we chose Hawley Crescent to cater our wedding at Whispering Springs in July 2022. Not only was the food incredible, but they also provided design, planning, and day of coordination services (decor, signage, table settings). They even helped us coordinate a sparkler photo! It was so nice knowing that we were in good hands and did not have to worry about the little details. We received many compliments from our guests - Can't recommend them enough!

  We are so happy that we chose Hawley Crescent to cater our wedding at Whispering Springs in July 2022.   Amazing food with great selection

  We did food stations and everything was delicious. Our guests loved it and haven't stopped talking about how good the food was. Hawley Crescent was a pleasure to work with even when we had to change the date of our wedding. They were flexible and accommodating. I would highly recommend them!

  They do it all!

  Haley Crescent took care of our big day in such an amazing way. Our wedding planner that they provided had great style and single-handedly set up our venue and it was flawless! I wasn’t worried for a minute. The food was incredible. Nothing but compliments from our guests! The whole experience was lovely. They took care of us from start to finish!

  We added the Hawley Crescent team to our wedding planning in 2019. Part of the appeal was that the majority of their food is sourced locally, diverse and accommodating menu, friendly staff and also offer day of co-ordination (decor set up and take down) as part of their service. They also have access to rentals and a bunch of bonus decor that they have collected over the years. When we made the decision to postpone our wedding in 2020, Sue and Roger were incredibly understanding. We finally had our wedding in August of 2021 at Whispering Springs (bonus that they are very familiar with this venue and the ins & outs). They kept our guests well fed with delicious appetizers and we had many positive reviews of the meals that were served (curried gnocchi, salmon, and beef picanha. The wood burning pizza oven at the end of the evening was a huge hit, our friends and family still talk to us about it. The dessert table was absolutely amazing. The whole day went so smoothly, we couldn’t have dreamt of a better day and it is largely due to Heather, Sue, Roger and the rest of the amazing staff at Hawley Crescent. We are so grateful!
