Evolution Catering did an amazing job catering our wedding! The options are incredible for what you can pick from. We loved the beef brisket (it just melted in your mouth) and the garlic mashed potatoes were delicious! Everyone also loves the brownie dessert with the interactive ice cream station.

Michael was amazing to work with and quick to respond to any questions we had. We really appreciated the attention to detail and being so accommodating with folks who had dietary restrictions and allergies. We also really appreciated how accommodating Michael was with our late snack and for making hotdogs for us - they were such a hit and the topping variety was awesome.

The staff were super friendly and we really appreciated them coming around to collect plates when folks were done eating.

Evolution Catering truly blew us away with their service at our wedding on April 26th. From the very beginning, their communication was excellent, clear, timely, and so helpful throughout the planning process. Michael and his team went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and they absolutely delivered.

The food was incredible! The presentation was stunning, and everything tasted just as amazing as it looked. The chicken and tenderloin were cooked to perfection, the variety of fresh salad options pleased every palate, and the crème brûlée was the perfect sweet finish—truly unforgettable.

What stood out even more was how accommodating they were to our guests with food allergies and dietary needs. They made sure everyone had a safe and delicious meal, and they handled it all with such care and professionalism. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing every guest was looked after.

One of the things we appreciated most was how flexible and easy they were to work with. We loved that we didn’t have to pay the full meal package for 150 guests until we had our final guest count in closer to the date which gave us great flexibility.

Even a week later, our guests are still raving about how delicious the food was. Evolution Catering made our day even more special, and we are so grateful for their passion, professionalism, and incredible culinary talent.
