Bar From Afar is a unique full-service cocktail catering, gifting, and events company. We offer cocktail catering out of our Tiffany blue mobile bar named, Dolly Partender. In addition to our mobile bar, we have two wine barrel satellite bars on offer. BFA is also versatile in unique setups and designs.

We offer three options for cocktail catering:

Basic

What is included?

• Minimum group size of 20
• Minimum 2-hour service
• Mobile Bar - Dolly Partender with satellite bar set up and tear down (if needed)
• Beer, wine, mixed drinks
• Non-alcoholic options available
• 1-2 bartenders depending on the size of the group
• Ice
• Recyclable drink ware
• All permits required for alcohol service
• Full liability
• Travel cost (within 50km of downtown Ottawa, ON or $2 per additional km outside of this zone)
• 1 signature cocktail can be added to the Basic Package at additional charge

Premium

What is included?

• Minimum group size of 20
• Minimum 4-hour service
• Mobile Bar - Dolly Partender with satellite bar set up and tear down (if needed)
• Beer, wine, mixed drinks
• Non-alcoholic options available
• 1-2 bartenders depending on the size of the group
• Ice
• Recyclable drink ware
• All permits required for alcohol service
• Full liability
• Travel cost (within 50km of downtown Ottawa, ON or $2 per additional km outside of this zone)
• 1 signature cocktail (mocktail) and 3 classic cocktails

BYOB

What is included?

• Minimum group size of 20
• Minimum 2-hour service
• Mobile Bar - Dolly Partender with satellite bar set up and tear down (if needed)
• 1-2 bartenders depending on the size of the group
• 1 signature cocktail can be added to the Basic Package at additional charge
• Travel cost (within 50km of downtown Ottawa, ON or $2 per additional km outside of this zone)
• This package is perfect for our friends in Quebec.

We also offer gifting experiences:

• Day of wedding Bubbly Boxes. This kit includes everything the bridal party needs to enjoy eight sparkling cocktails (Spirits, mix, garnishes and easy to follow instructions).
• Bourbon Cocktail Kits. This kit includes everything the wedding party needs to enjoy eight bourbon cocktails (Spirits, mix, garnishes and easy to follow instructions).
• Custom labelled bottled cocktails. These make great wedding favours or 'Will you be my bridesmaid?' gifts.
