Chrissie Boon, from Too Nice to Slice, based in Kitchener, Ontario, is creating unique and distinctive masterpieces as an award-winning cake artist and designer. Whether it is the special flower, fabric or couple's sense of humour, Chrissie makes wedding cakes that reflect the uniqueness of her clients. Experience

From the days playing with her toy oven to running her own Christmas cookie business, Chrissie's calling was to become a patissiere. She enhanced her skills as a pastry chef by completing her Masters in Cake Decorating and Confectionary Arts in Toronto. She has worked with decorators in the United States, Germany, and Hong Kong. Chrissie also completed her certification as an Elite Cake Decorator at the internationally renowned Klara Johnson’s School of Confectionary Arts.
