Mary Faustino is the owner and cake designer behind this business. She operates out of a fully licensed and health inspected kitchen, using only the best ingredients to create her masterpieces. She graduated from the Cake Design program at Bonnie Gordon College of Confectionary Arts in 2012.

The Cake Engineer has been great to work with, her cakes are delicious and beautiful, and I'd highly recommend her! :) She knows her stuff, her prices are competitive, and she's so kind and professional. She's been wonderful to work with, happy to take any requests for what you want your cake to look like, and again, the buttercream cakes are sooo delicious! We are very happy we hired her for our wedding cake.

Ohh my goodness so good! My husband and I used Mary for our wedding. Her cupcakes are to die for! She makes everything from scratch and you can taste the quality ! We will definitely use Mary in the future ! Great price!!?Highly recommended !!

From the moment I took the first bite of one of Mary's cupcakes, I knew I was in love. There was no contest in choosing a business to make the cupcakes for our wedding. I'm not a huge fan of icing because I find it too sweet, but Mary's cupcakes were the first I had tasted where I actually liked the icing more than the cake! That isn't to say that the cake part was not also good - it was super moist and delicious and paired with the icing to make the most wonderful delicious things I've ever put in my mouth. The guests at our wedding seemed to agree as well, because we ordered more than enough for everyone, and they all disappeared within minutes! I would 100% recommend The Cake Engineer to anyone looking for a cake or cupcakes for any occasion.

Mary was FANTASTIC. She was easygoing, helpful and sweet. She even created a new recipe just for our wedding becausey husband wanted carrot cake. The guests are still commenting on how amazing the cake was. It was absolutely beautiful and so delicious. We were thrilled with everything.
