The Cake Artist creates, Custom Design -- Bespoke cakes; that leave people talking. Our speciality is baking mud cakes. This cake is rich, dense, and moist. The main ingredient is chocolate, which allows the cake to stay fresh longer, freezes well and is perfect for sculpting. Definitely a crowd pleaser for any occasion.
Our cakes are filled with ganache, condensed milk buttercream, mascarpone whipped cream, real cream cheese or pureed fruit fillings. Also, cakes are masked in a coordinating flavour of ganache before covering with fondant or modeling chocolate. Moreover, we have a sweet tooth for local products, so only premium Canadian baking ingredients are used.
