Based in Ajax, Ontario, Mrs. Wright-Baker is a professional pastry chef and full-time baker passionate about creating wedding cakes. Ms. Wright-Baker aims to make finding a wedding cake as simple as 1-2-3! As the former executive pastry chef for Montecito Restaurant, she is well-versed in Ontario's food safety requirements and has a food handlers certificate. She also made the cake for her wedding from scratch.

Ms. Wright-Baker's cake program is designed for the laid-back couple. Perfect for micro weddings of up to 50 guests and those who want a delicious cake without breaking the bank or sweating the small details. The heart of it is three words: simple, elegant, and affordable. Introducing her recipe for a stress-free wedding cake You only need to answer 5 simple questions:
1. Chocolate or Vanilla?
2. How many wedding guests?
3. Wedding date?
4. Style 1 Rustic (naked with seasonal fruit), 2 Classic (buttercream and seasonal flowers), or 3 Glamorous (buttercream and royal icing)?
5. Delivery or Pickup?
All cakes (whether chocolate or vanilla) will be coated in white vanilla Italian frosting with white ribbon and are 100% nut-free. All designs cost the same and the price only varies by size.
