Thank you very much for taking the time to do a review. But if you are going to do one you really should make sure you share all the proper facts first.

First off you contacted me a year and some before your actual wedding when I asked you to get back to me much later, Which I do for all brides and grooms when they are ordering more then 6 months from their wedding date, you still decided to get back to me a few weeks later. I tried to explain to you that I only need 6 months before the wedding date to book a cake yet you insisted on still wanting to deal a year in advance. The more time I was spending with you the more I was going to have to charge for my time and services. I kept trying to explain this to you but kept wanting to keep in touch almost every day multiple times a day. Since I work from home and I am limited to what I can do and take on. I was not doing wedding cake order for Aug until January-March. I do not book up that far in advance. As I only can take so many orders a week with having 3 young kids. But ever week almost from July the year prior you needed to keep in touch about the cake. You never got the point I was trying to tell you. You insisited on staying in touch.

Second when I finally did meet with you in January to have the contract signed, that said if you cancel the order for any reason before the wedding, then you do not get your deposit back. Since you where the one to cancel then was not obligated to give you your money back for the amount of time you had already spent with me. Even then I still offered to do a cake of any sort at another time. Most of the supplies had already been bought for your order at this point. I because I had your order I was also unable to take any other orders that weekend as I was booked up with your cake request. Again, I am limited to how many order I take as I work from my home and have 3 young kids. When your cake was booked I had to turned all cake orders away that came in after your order was booked. So I had no order to replace the order you decided to cancel. And I had the supplies that I bought for your wedding cake.

Third knowing that I am a cake designer not a baker. Which is a really big difference. One can bakes most things and the other just decorates cakes, but only has a limited baking skills. You said you went to another baker who could not decorate the cake you wanted. I was one of the few people that could. But, knowing I am only a decorator, You still insisted I come up with cakes that I do not bake like pink Champagne cake and creme brule. I even went above and beyond and looked into making you these flavours, to see if I could try and do something and help keep it in your budget. After seeing how much learning and experimenting I was going to have to do and not sure what the end results where going to be I explained it was going to be too much. Your cake would have probably double in price from the work I was going to have to do for you. I was trying to help you stay in your budget. But I was already having a hard time doing the cake in the budget you wanted to stick with. Considering you came to me and originally said you wanted a dragon on your cake which is an extremely exotic wedding cake. You explained that you wanted to stay in your budget and didn't care about the size or flavour of the cake just the DRAGON on the cake. I was able to do that, but when you brought your fiancee into it she wanted flavours that I do not offer and can not do. At which point your fiance at the time snapped at me because I would not do these flavours for her even though I had explained to you in the meeting we had that your budget for what you are looking for was only going to be more chocolate and vanilla cake. You remmeber the Aztec choclolate cake. All I do is add Cinnamon and now you have chocolate Aztec. That was in your budget. You where fine with that at the time, but months later decide to change your mind. I expalined it was going to cost much more and not the size of the cake was going to be much larger then the original ask. You went from a 3 teir cake with basic flavours to a 5-6 teir cake and extremely exotic flavours. So I was no longer able to do what you requested.

I went out of my way to do everything for you and you still got upset with me and cancelled your order. I do find it funny that you end up with a mostly fake cake and 1 teir of vanilla for your actual wedding cake. Yes people talk!!

I am really sorry that you feel this way about me and you are welcome to say whatever you feel you need to. As for my business, I have not closed it down. I have not been able to pay for my sites to keep them running as I spent 6 month running around doing court things thanks to you. I usually pay for the google maps thing and have not paid for it becuase I spent my money on court.

If you are going to try and start stuff and spread roamers make sure you are spreading the truth first. Leaving out the details of everything is much like lieing. What I do with my business is really non of your business. Also, when I disputed your review it was not for the rating it was for sharing personal stuff that no one should know or needs to know. But it seems as though you have already removed that information and I thank you.
