She BEYOND talented. Our cake was STUNNING and SO DELICIOUS !!!! We had absolutely NO cake left over at our wedding !! Our guest are still telling us how good it was. They also told us they went to go and get seconds because it was so good !! We loved the cake so much that we ate our top tier when we came back from our honeymoon !! Thank you for creating such a beautiful masterpiece for us !! We kept the sugar flowers as memories of the beautiful cake !!

Josie provided us with exceptional service when designing our wedding cake for June 2, 2012. She was very easy to contact and communicate with both on the phone and via email, providing almost immediate responses to our inquiries. She was very accommodating to our needs and request (adjusting cake layers, design, and flavours). Additionally, for the taste sampling she provide a box with the samples named and neatly arranged.

On our wedding day the cake looked amazing but most of all her cake was delicious. Though unfortunately like most couples we didn't get a chance to taste all the layers. The first cake Josie made for me was a wonderful two tier creation for my graduation. My family and I were so amazed with the details involved that we instantly fell in love with Josie’s work. And to top if off the cake was delicious! So naturally, when I got engaged I called up Josie and placed my order for our Engagement Cake, My Shower Cake and the Wedding Cake! Josie is a true artist. For all three cakes orders I left the design up to her because I knew I could trust her ability and talents in making the cakes compliment my themes. Through our conversations Josie quickly picked up what I liked and the look I was going for. Josie has a special skill for translating her client’s visions into beautiful creations of art. For my shower she created a whimsical butterfly cupcake tower and for my wedding she did a phenomenal 8 tier orchid and pearl wedding cake! Her work is elegant and timeless. To sweeten up things even more Josie suggested that I do a candy station at the wedding – which she designed so beautifully! And the mini cupcakes she made for the station were amazing. The candy station was a success thanks to Josie’s hard work! I’ve been married for 4 months now and people still call to find out who did my candy station and desserts! Josie herself is kind and fun; when meeting with Josie you will see very quickly that she loves what she does and she takes pride in making her client’s visions come to life. Josie was absolutely wonderful to work with, she make our wedding cake and cupcake favours. We found her to be professional, flexible and fun. Once meeting Josie it is obvious she loves what she does and takes great pride in the yummy deserts that she makes. Josie is the most talented Cake Creator/Designers that I have had the privilege of knowing. You have no idea about the possibilties that can be created with a Juicy Desserts Cake...actually to be correct its a work of creativity... not just a cake. I have experienced Josie's professionalism first hand when I booked my engagement cake, and the mini cakes to match! It was the talk of the party as everyone commented on its great look but also its fantastic taste!! Our experience with Josie was second to none! Her level of professionalism, combined with her warmth and charm provided the perfect 'recipe' for success. Our dealings with Josie were flawless, right from the cake tasting (there wasn't a morsel left behind!), to her creative ideas and willingness and ability to accommodate any request. We had a cupcake wedding cake designed and they were to die for!! So fluffy, flavourful and simply beautiful ... too gorgeous to eat, but we did ... each and every last one.
