Our wedding was on August 20th and we had already pre-paid the full amount of $500 for a 3-tier cake. On the day of the wedding the cake vendor was calling both my husband and I during the ceremony, then left a message saying the cake fell in the car while she was delivering it and so it was completely ruined. One tier was completely gone and the other two looked so bad that she added some fake flowers all over to cover, which didn’t help at all. She ended up buying us 3 grocery store cakes to make up for it, which is nowhere near what we paid. We asked for a refund and got back $150 from our $500 we had spent. Definitely ruined the cake-cutting part of our wedding and was not happy with the customer service either.

Right from the first time we made contact our relationship has been great. It has blossomed into a true partnership.
Chantal is wonderfully talented but she is also super friendly, dedicated, reliable and trustworthy. She is professional and takes her business very seriously but also is so much fun to work with. I can honestly say not only does her product look beautiful but it tastes out of this world!
