Between her passion for baking and full-time employment as a Payroll Administrator, her desire to serve the community her freshly baked goods could no longer be contained.

Cake Artist/ Pastry Chef
Former Head Pastry Chef at downtown Toronto’s Trattoria Mercato. Erin studied Culinary Management at George Brown College and has been in the culinary industry for 9 years. She had previously worked in restaurants such as Moxie’s, Johnny Rockets and the ROM’s c5 Restaurant Lounge. She is the innovative baker incorporating traditional Filipino recipes, fusing them into classic baked goods.

Dianne studied Culinary Management at George Brown College. She entered the culinary world with a mindset towards challenges and endless opportunities to learn. From being a Cook Apprentice for Alemilia Enterprises Inc. and Third Cook in Pantages Hotel Downtown Toronto, she then pursued her passion for creativity by joining the Bread ‘N Batter family.
