THANK YOU! Thank you so much for helping to execute the wedding that we were waiting and longed for. The moment Caleb and I walked into the venue, we knew immediately that it was for us. We got so excited about everything and most importantly, the place where it all would begin for us. The booking process was very smooth and easy, even when COVID threw a wrench in our plans. We did end up having to postpone and even though this was not the easiest decision to make, the staff at Whistle Bear made the date change happen. They were on the ball and organized (matched me on my organizational level :)) when it came to the planning and execution of our wedding. Anything that we needed, they provided. Any question that we had, they answered. Any ideas that we bounced off of them, they contributed very helpful responses. The FOOD….OMG THE FOOD!!!! My mouth is watering just thinking about it. It was hands down the best food I have ever had at a venue and the best prime rib I have ever had in my life. We have been craving it ever since. All of the guests even commented on how amazing it was. The maitre d and concierge (Katie and Melinda) were incredible and helped to execute the day perfectly. They constantly checked in with Caleb and I to make sure we had everything that we needed. Overall, we were extremely happy with Whistle Bear and how everything turned out during (what could have been) a very stressful event. We cannot thank you enough.

Dream wedding
Whistle bear was a dream venue for us! It was absolutely stunning. Our guests are all still talking about how delicious and hot the food was. Lauren was our consultant and was absolutely incredible during the planning process! She was very responsive to my (too many) emails and very accommodating. There isn’t a single thing we would change about our day. Thank you to whistle bear, Lauren and all staff involved in hosting our wedding— it truly was a dream come true!

Dream Wedding
Everything was perfectly executed and planned. When you have your wedding with Whistle Bear, you can tell that they have done this before! All of our questions were answered very clearly. On the day of the event we truely felt special, and they made every effort to make us feel that way. Many little touches that I wouldn't have even though of that were truely excellent (like food in the bridal suite before the ceremony to drinks and cocktails set up where family photos would be done after the ceremony, and a little snack box for the bridal party photobroute

We had our fairtytale wedding at Whistle Bear
Our wedding at Whistle Bear was everything we could have hoped for. During the planning process, we worked with Leah and she was fantastic!
The day of we worked with Lindsey and Melinda and they were AMAZING! They made sure everything ran smoothly and ours and our guests needs were met. We got so many comments throughout and after the wedding about the impeccable service, the amazing food and how gorgeous the venue was. Melinda and Lindsey are fantastic at their jobs - they helped give us the most perfect day! We would 10000% recommend Whistle Bear to anyone and everyone looking for their dream wedding!

Simply Magical
Excellent service, I couldn't choose a better place to do my wedding.
The ceremony and the reception were stunning. The food was exquisite! The ceremony was fabulous; our pianist and violinist (Strings & Ivory) AWESOME! their job was with an exceptional professional standard. The cocktail and live music were so romantic. Our DJ, Owen (eardrum), put on a good atmosphere. Our photographer was terrific, running everywhere to get the perfect shot. So kind and professional at all times. Thank you (SARAH STUCKLESS PHOTOGRAPHY). To be honest, some details didn't go as planned, but that's part of every "perfect" planning... Overall, I'm so happy that I made my wedding at Whistler Bear.
Lauren, my event coordinator, was PERFECT. I say it with bias! She was attentive to every detail and was excellent in predisposition;
she accompanied us and helped us with everything. We are delighted with everything. The party turned out amazing! Thanks for everything!

Best Dat Ever
I can’t say more great things about Whistle Bear and the Pearle team! They went above and beyond to make our day perfect! We worked with Leah throughout the planning process and she was amazing to work with, and answered any questions we had throughout. Natalie was our day of coordinator and she was so sweet and made us feel so comfortable and relaxed during our rehearsal and our wedding day! All the staff were so friendly and helpful, I would also like to thank immensely the staff that helped pack up all our table decor at the end of the night! We also got so many compliments on the food and how gorgeous venue was! It was such an incredible day and evening I can’t recommend Whistle Bear enough! Thank you again to everyone at Whistle Bear who helped make our day perfect!

Outstanding Staff & Experience
Lauren and her team at Whistle Bear were amazing to work with and made our day so special! They made it their priority to make our wedding perfect. Lauren was so easy to work with, and did an incredible job helping us navigate through COVID-19. She was very supportive, patient and responsive throughout the planning process. The day of the wedding Melinda was our maître d'. She did such an incredible job ensuring everything went to plan and making sure we had everything we needed. She provided so many personal touches, and you could tell she really cared about making our day special. The grounds and the Forestview room are also so beautiful and exactly what we pictured for our wedding! Thank you Lauren, Melinda and the rest of the Whistle Bear team for making our day perfect! We would highly recommend this venue!

An amazing experience!
Whistle Bear was so accommodating to our last minute wedding. The food was great, presentation was stunning. The Chapel was so sweet and modern and the Grandview room was just perfect for our wedding of 35 guest. Huge shout out to Katie and her staff you made our night absolutely special!! Also thanks to Lauren who helped us plan everything and Trish (Officiant) she was so cool and suited our vibe if that makes sense lol. I would highly recommend this venue.

Gorgeous venue, amazing experience!
When we began our journey with Whistle Bear in November of 2019, no one could have predicted what would happen in the months to come. We were initially drawn to Whistle Bear’s stunning outdoor chapel but we just weren’t sure if it would fit our budget. Leah, our consultant, worked with us to ensure we could make our vision come to life. I can’t say enough good things about Leah and the Whistle Bear team. Our original wedding date was booked in November of 2019 for August 2020. When the pandemic hit, everyone was totally thrown for a loop and trying to navigate a way forward was incredibly stressful. We postponed our wedding twice and Whistle Bear was accommodating through both. Leah helped to keep us calm and on track with planning. We loved our menu tasting experience! We brought our parents and they had a great time. The food was delicious and the service was fantastic. The only hiccup we had was that our rehearsal was not on the schedule when we arrived for it but they rallied quickly and Kristen delivered an impromptu rehearsal for the two of us. Our wedding day was a dream. It was gorgeous and everything we could have wished for. Kristen was our day-of coordinator and she ensured the day ran so smoothly that if there were any issues, I had no idea about them. We received so many compliments about the venue, the food, and the service. In fact, some our friends and family are still talking about the food five months later (and some have tried to replicate some of the dishes themselves!). Many thanks to Leah, Kristen, Lauren, Alycia and the whole Whistle Bear events team!

Sept 23 2021 Wedding
Lauren Cuthbert & the entire Whistle Bear team made sure we had the best day and the best planning process. We post poned 3 times due to covid, and had many requests and changes. They took the stress out of planning. Food amazing, drinks amazing, venue is gorgeous. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of Whistle Bear for their wedding
