Great staff the day off, Event co-ordinator not great
The staff at the Shriners on the day of the wedding were phenomenal, very attentive, informative, and communicative! However, the Event co-ordinator was very hostile with me when, my bridesmaids and my husband went to set up the day prior to my wedding. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel like a burden -- something that a to be Bride should not feel like. The hostility was so apparent and awkward, that without me even saying anything, my bridesmaids, my husband and my Father in Law even asked me why she seemed to dislike me so much, when I was being perfectly friendly.
Every other vendor we worked with, and the staff the day of, at the Shriners made us feel so special, as one would expect for their wedding. However, the coordinator at the Shriners should not be in customer service, if she does not like dealing with customers. I never leave negative reviews, but her attitude really stunned me.
