We design a floor plan layout with you and we set it up with our furniture, tables, and chairs prior to your arrival.

Includes:

• Rectangular banquet tables, standing cocktail tables, seated cocktail tables, and all chairs. Our tables have black linens that we launder at the end of your event
• Various seating options including couches, club chairs, arm chairs, coffee tables, and a few unique barn picnic tables and wooden spool tables
• Exclusive use of the front yard which includes a pond, bridge, and sweetheart swing. There is plenty of room for an outdoor ceremony or outdoor cocktails
• Complimentary decor. Decor is not guaranteed, but our renters frequently add it alongside their own decor. Our decor features various types of lanterns with pillar candles and twinkle lights as well as artificial greenery
• A re-heating kitchen with a fridge and a large stand up freezer.
• Wall-mounted TVs to mirror your laptop or mobile device for playing a slide show or movie.
• A standing speaker and microphones

24 hours Atrium access with evening before or morning after

We customize & design your layout with you and have it ready for you prior to your arrival with our furniture, tables, and chairs.

You have come-and-go self serve access. The evening before OR the morning after can be added at no additional charge. You can choose if your preference is the evening before for decorating and set up purposes or rehearsal, or the morning after to take your decorations down and gather your things up. $3500 plus GST

Full weekend access of our Atrium and Legacy Hall, beginning Friday evening and ending Sunday afternoon.

We meet with you up to 3 times to design your floor plan and have it set up with our furniture, tables, and chairs prior to your arrival. We also provide re-setting of the space between your ceremony and reception if required.
