The owners wife is a real pain in the ass to deal with

Planning a wedding here was extremely stressful. The owners wife, Pari, made wedding planning here truly awful. Her time management is something else and she’s not going to get done what she tells you she will. The reason why my wedding turned out allright was because of all the micromanaging I had to do, also husbands family was told to delegate the day of the wedding and boss the staff around because they had no idea what was going on.

We had a multifaith wedding and for religious reasons, did not want alcohol served after wedding ceremony but alcohol was to be served when approaching dinner time and they completely ignored this.
That little foyer area they have was empty with no furniture and nothing on the walls, I offered to rent chairs and chaise and props to decorate it and they said no, “our interior designer” is currently working on it. Yup nothing was done and the area was bare and ugly as hell.
They messed up the seating arrangement and table numbers even though they had the seating chart. My mom said it was like musical chairs.
My rich ass wedding guests were coming to the wedding from all over Canada in their 300k rvs and when they got there, the venues rv park was full of homeless people and drug addicts shooting heroin so they had to make last minute reservations elsewhere. Btw, I had spoken to deep about these concerns and he said they were cleaning up their RV park and would be ready for our wedding. On the day of our wedding, the cops were there evacuating the drug users and homeless people.
The brides room didn’t even have a working light switch and the place had not been clean in a year I think.
The outdoor tent was filthy and not washed from the top and it’s white so all the dirt from the winter was still there, grass was in rough shape, dead birds and animal shit around the tent.
Honestly, I feel like Pari, the owners wife is awful. She was difficult to deal with and over the two weeks before the wedding, I sent her multiple messages to send us the invoice and she never did. On the day of the wedding, she thought my brother was the groom (???????? Right) and she chastised him for not paying the final invoice infront of guests.
Pari is not a girl’s girl. No offence but maybe she was beautiful once but now she’s awful from the inside and out and is kind of a mean girl.
My florist also complained about pari ghosting her on the day of the wedding for floral delivery. Every single vendor I hired ( DJ, florist, photographer) said they were a pain in the butt to deal with.
Do yourself a favour and book a different venue.
Food was good though.
