We had a great experience from the first planning stages to the night of the reception.
Sasha the venue coordinator was amazing to work with. She was very organized with the planning and quick to reply with any questions or concerns.
The whole evening ran smoothly and right on time.
The venue is beautiful and perfect for a wedding reception. Cost was more reasonable than other venues we considered.
Highly recommended! -

All around amazing!
From the very beginning Sasha was so easy to work with and responsive! Any questions we had at any time we got an answer! We were able to bring our vision to life through the meetings we had prior to the wedding to help everything go smoothly! The venue is absolutely gorgeous, they have beautiful arches you can use and the food was phenomenal! All the staff were so nice! The option of a late night snack is WONDERFUL as well! It was a huge hit!
Being able to rent a house to stay at on the property was also so convenient and made getting ready so easy and being able to spend time with our wedding party the night before was such a huge plus!
I will forever be grateful we chose this venue and will also recommend it to everyone. If you want easy planning, a wonderful day of coordinator and a gorgeous venue, this is the spot! -

Our experience was absolutely amazing! Scotswood Links was a stunning setting with delicious food and exceptional service. A huge shoutout to Sasha, who was incredibly supportive through every step of the wedding planning process. She made the entire day flow seamlessly and was such a joy to work with. I truly valued her honesty and thoughtful advice whenever I needed it.
The rest of the Scotswood Links staff were equally fantastic - so friendly and welcoming. The grounds were gorgeous, and the layout made it effortless to transition from the ceremony to cocktail hour, then to the reception, and finally the after-party.
Our guests are still raving about how wonderful everything was. I can’t recommend this venue enough! -

We had the most incredible wedding at Scotswood, and we can’t thank Sasha and the entire team enough. Truly a 10/10 experience from start to finish.
From the very beginning, Sasha made everything feel effortless. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our day ran smoothly. Her flexibility and willingness to accommodate every request made us feel so supported, something you don’t often find at other venues. Sasha was so organized and dependable, and the staff were equally amazing, friendly, professional, and attentive.
The venue itself is stunning, and the layout was perfect. Our guests loved how seamlessly the ceremony transitioned into cocktail hour, and how they could move freely between the reception space and the beautiful terrace. The atmosphere was relaxed yet elegant, exactly what we had hoped for.
We received so many compliments from friends and family about the space, the food, and the overall experience. It truly felt like home for us, and we wouldn’t have changed a single thing. Scotswood doesn’t just host weddings, they make you feel like family and genuinely care about making your day unforgettable.
We’re so grateful we chose Scotswood for our wedding. It was perfect in every way.

We just recently had our wedding at Scotswood Links, and we cannot say enough good things about our experience. To start with, Sasha, the event manager, is incredible. She is so kind, professional, and genuinely cares about each couple and their experience. I never felt stressed once in the planning process because she was there to answer any questions we had, and was so organized and responsive. We feel so lucky to have had her support, as this could really make or break your experience with a venue. Our DJ commented that our wedding was the most on time he's ever seen, and this was a direct result of Sasha helping in the kindest ways on the day of to ensure things went smoothly!
We loved the set up of Scotswood Links, and guests complimented us on the flow of the venue. The ceremony space was perfect for our needs, as well as flexible to our vision. Guests loved the patio area and stayed out on it all night! We loved the indoor reception area - it has a beautifully timeless feel that fits with any type of vision or decor. I knew we would love all our photos, regardless of the weather, because of the indoor space. We loved the open feel, which ensured we got the most time with our guests because everyone was generally all in the same space. This was really important to us!
The food was also incredible, guests complimented us on the taste, portions, and service. We loved that we could eat our two favourite foods on our wedding day (steak & chicken parm)! We also loved the small touches we could add to the ceremony and reception, such as a infused water station (essential for a July wedding!), and poutine bar (a huge hit with our guests!).
When we got married, there was also an option to rent a house on the back of the golf course - which we LOVED. This made for a fun weekend with our bridal party, and the house was the perfect space for getting ready pictures and some of our family photos. I never thought I would care about the setting for these, but after seeing our sneak peeks, we are so happy we had this space to use for the weekend!
You won't regret considering Scotswood Links for your wedding!

If I could give more than 5 stars for everything, I would. Sasha made sure everything went smoothly from the time we booked them to our wedding day. She offers solutions for every knot along the way and ensures that we had the day we hoped for -- and we did! In fact, it was more than what we had hoped for.
Sasha eased so much of our anxieties and created a space that truly made our day special. I don't think we could ask for more. We feel like we struck a gold mine finding Scotswood Links. -

Not only is scotswood links a brand new refurbished facility with a beautiful white walled, big windowed, sunny asthetic, it is also an amazing place to get everything you need. The food from the kitchen catering was outstanding and our guests raved about it, the custom cocktails were delicious, my husband was the winner of the night, and Sasha our event coordinator was absolutely outstanding in every way. She was a pleasure to work with, answering every little question and every technical question to make sure we had a full understanding of what we were getting. I highly recommend working with her, she is the sweetest, smartest person we've ever worked with. Thank you Sasha and Scotswoodlinks for making our wedding day spectacular. -

Our experience at Scotswood Links was truly unforgettable, even though our wedding day turned out to be a rainy one!
From the very beginning, Sasha was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was incredibly responsive to all our questions and went above and beyond to assist us both before and on our special day.
When the rain forced us to move our ceremony indoors at the last minute, the staff at Scotswood had everything perfectly rearranged by the time we arrived. They took care of every detail, leaving us with nothing to worry about.
The food was served promptly and was absolutely delicious. We received so many compliments from our guests, who couldn't stop talking about how great it was!
I strongly recommend Scotswood Links for their excellent support, flexibility, and stunning venue.
