August Wedding with Scotswood Links
We chose Scotswood Links because of its beautiful grounds, romantic banquet hall atmosphere, and the staff's eagerness to help make my vision come to life!
Additionally, if you find wedding planning as overwhelming and busy as I did, Sasha, Scotswood's event manager, is a wonderful asset. She regularly checks in and provides wonderful insight, while also honoring your budget and desires for your day!
We also greatly valued Scotswood's flexibility. We initially booked Scotswood just for our reception, but with 6 days before our wedding our ceremony venue fell through. I reached out to Sasha around midnight that day and received a prompt response in the morning, we had rescheduled everything within 24 hours and the day was so perfect. My husband and I are so happy that we decided to have our ceremony at Scotswood, truly one of the happiest dates of our life. -

Our perfect wedding 🤍
Scotswood Links has a special place in our hearts forever. Sasha, Clark, and the whole team there made making a wedding absolutely a breeze. Which is a hard thing to do to say the least!! Our vision came to life before our eyes. The patio is STUNNING, our ceremony at the Estate House was picture perfect. The reception space was transformed into the moody, disco party of our dreams. We were able to arrange a shuttle to a Carman hotel through a contact Sasha provided for our guests for a seamless stay. People were drooling over our meal, and the late night poutine station. I can’t think of one thing we would’ve done different. The perfect venue, perfect guidance and staff, perfect wedding overall. Thanks a billion times over Scotswood!!! -

My husband and I were married at Scotswood on July 14th. A few months prior our previous venue fell through. I reached out to Scotswood and within 2 hours I was emailing with the events manager getting everything organized. She was so very helpful and supportive. She not only helped get us a venue, she also helped plan the remainder of the wedding and she helped with set up and teardown. The venue provided everything we needed. The only thing we uad to provide was our décor. We are so thankful for Scotswood and would highly recommend this place for any couple out there looking for a helpful and friendly venue. Not to mention beautiful! -

The best day ever
We couldn't have asked for a better place to have our wedding. It was accomadting of our small wedding size. They worked with all of out request, so inviting and helpful. I couldn't recommend a place more. -

The team at the Scotswood Links was absolutely fantastic in helping us plan for our perfect wedding day! The coordinator Heidi was phenomenal to work with, always friendly and helpful and took a lot of the stress out of the process of planning our wedding reception. We were also very impressed with the flexibility and helpfulness of Clarke and Patty. The venue was beautiful and described as "very classy and upscale" by our families and the food was simply delicious and enjoyed by all. Our guests were quite happy to enjoy the patio, lounge and grounds during the after-noon while the wedding party had a lot of fun driving around the golf course with our photography team taking pictures in the lovely setting. There are many ponds, bridges and natural scenery which made for the perfect backdrop for our pictures. The quiet picturesque location was easy to find for our guests, ample parking was available (and very close to the hall) and the overall setting was simply beautiful. We also rented the estate house on the property which was very spacious and comfortable and absolutely perfect for our family and wedding night. Some of our guests took accommodations in the nearby town of Carman which worked out perfectly for those who came from far away. We we not change a thing and could not be any happier with the incredibly friendly and helpful service we received from the team at the Scotswood Links and will forever be grateful to them for making the most special day of our lives (and the biggest party) a real success! -
