I booked the Diamond Jubilee Cruise Terminal for my wedding ceremony and reception and it was perfect. We had the rooftop for the ceremony and they provided greenery and a cruise ship send off. We had our own parking lot and entrance and tons of room for the reception on the 2nd floor.

This venue is fully wheelchair accessible with an elevator. We were able to have a bar, photobooth and signing table in the entryway with plenty of space to spare. I found the rental to be a bit pricey, but it does include cleanup and commissionaires. There was a function on the bottom floor, but it did not interrupt us at all.
