Its beautiful function rooms coupled with the staff’s dedication to quality service make this venue an ideal backdrop for unforgettable weddings.
Facilities and Capacity
The venue’s clubhouse boasts two refined banquet halls suitable for events of varying sizes.
The largest function room, the Panorama Room, offers couples a luxurious space to celebrate with their loved ones. This room features a beautiful vaulted, cedar ceiling and classic chandeliers to create a timeless setting for your wedding day. The elegance of this room is enhanced by a stone set fireplace, mid-century modern bar and hardwood dance floor. Step outside onto the patio to take in the views of the golf course, a perfect backdrop for any occasion. With a capacity of up to 200 guests, this is the ideal venue to make your wedding dreams come true! Couples who choose to hold their ceremony at this venue and rent our Panorama room for the accompanying reception, may exchange vows on the lawn with the rolling golf course as their backdrop. The lawn can be adapted to fit many configurations to suit weddings of varying sizes.
The Garden Room is another banquet room with its own unique features. The Garden Room is fitted with floor-to-ceiling windows and a beautiful skylight. These windows flood the space with warm, natural light. Enjoy the tranquility of the indoor koi pond as you take in the picturesque views of the golf course. The Garden Room is most suitable for intimate weddings between 30 and 70 guests. Additionally, the Garden Room offers a breathtaking patio space and can accommodate ceremonies of up to 70 attendees.
Hazelmere Golf & Country Club has a professional events team that works with each couple planning their wedding here. They can provide a list of preferred vendors and assist in creating a custom event menu. A member of staff will also be on-site throughout the duration of the festivities to ensure everything is executed seamlessly. The culinary team offers several menus that soon-to-be newlyweds can personalize according to their tastes. Couples will have access to a wide array of event rental items that they can use to enhance their event space. Items include, but are not limited to audiovisual equipment, linens, easels, a portable dancefloor (for our Garden Room) and more are supplied by the venue. Staff will setup and teardown the event space for the convenience of the happy couple.

Everything you could ask for!
I would like to specially thank Kendra Charie, who was the venue coordinator in charge of the wedding. She was a gem to work with and made the wedding preparations an enjoyable experience. Kendra took the time to learn about the couple's wedding and always provided solutions to any potential issues. On the actual day of the wedding, she made sure she was available to help out anytime that was needed. Hazelmere is fortunate to have a kind, helpful, and professional representative as Kendra. To top it off, all other staff including the servers were amazing to work with
Overall, Hazelmere is a wonderful option for a small-medium size weddings looking for an indoor-rustic event. The venue is beautiful, food is delicious, and is managed by great staff. I'll be sure to recommend this venue to all my clients!

It was great working with hazelmere, especially thanks to Kendra who helped out a lot for my wedding preparation. The location itself is pretty and elegant. It has the rusty vibes if that is what you are looking for. My wedding turned out beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful. Kendra was lovely and if it wasn't her, my wedding wouldn't have turned out the way I wanted.

Kendra has spent her entire career working within the hospitality industry. With a strong passion for food, wine and service, the role of event coordinator comes naturally to her. Kendra will use her knowledge and skills to ensure your event at Hazelmere will be one to remember. In her spare time she enjoys camping and spending time with family.
With 10+ years of experience in the Customer Service and Hospitality Industry, Karen puts her all into every event she coordinates. With a background in Marketing, and her many years working at multiple Golf Courses, she is always looking for new and innovative ways to expand and build the Banquet Department at Hazelmere. When Karen is not in the office, you can find her out golfing, or curled up with a good book.
Katie has 18+ years of extensive experience in the Customer Service/Customer Care Industry. Graduating from the UFV Hospitality and Event Planning Program in 2017, Katie has a love of food, a passion for weddings and the drive to bring your visions to life. Her diverse experience in the field and her dependable personality gives clients the confidence that she is well equipped to handle any situation! When she isn’t helping you planning your event she is busy at home running after her 3 kids. In her spare time she loves to be outside, and exploring new local small businesses.
