Grayson Mills offers multiple thoughtfully designed spaces to suit celebrations of all sizes, with exclusive use of the entire venue for your wedding day.

The Carriage House — Our largest space features exposed beams, soaring ceilings, and an industrial aesthetic. It comfortably hosts up to 180 guests seated or 265 cocktail-style.

The Lunette Lounge — An intimate adjoining space ideal for up to 65 guests, perfect for cocktail hours, lounges, or smaller gatherings.

Combined Spaces — The Carriage House and Lunette Lounge can be seamlessly combined to accommodate up to 330 guests.

Coachman’s Loft & Upper Terrace — Located on the upper floor, this raw, industrial-style space is ideal for ceremony celebrations, with the outdoor terrace offering a beautiful setting for cocktail hour between ceremony and dinner—providing couples with a second, distinct venue experience.
The venue is equipped with audiovisual amenities including a projector and screen, microphone, and sound system, as well as tables, chairs, linens, and napkins.

I am Wendy Bennewies, a seasoned professional in the wedding industry with over two decades of experience. My journey began with a passion for decor and a desire to
create beauty in every aspect of life, especially in the cherished moments of weddings.
Over the years, I have evolved from decorating and coordinating weddings to owning and restoring a historic venue, where I continue to help couples bring their wedding day visions to life.
As a young girl, I was captivated by the magic of weddings. I would spend hours doodling wedding dresses and imagining extravagant celebrations. This fascination with weddings followed me into adulthood, where I found myself drawn to the world of event
planning and design.
After exploring various career paths, I discovered my true calling in the wedding industry. I realized that my passion for decor and creating beautiful spaces could be combined with my love for helping couples create their dream weddings. With this
revelation, I dove headfirst into the world of wedding planning and never looked back.
For over 20 years, I honed my skills as a wedding decorator and coordinator. I worked tirelessly to perfect my craft, learning the ins and outs of the industry and developing a keen eye for detail. With each wedding I helped plan, I gained valuable experience and
insights that would shape my future endeavors.
In 2020, I took a leap of faith and purchased a historic venue that had captured my heart. The building, dating back to 1884, was a testament to a bygone era of elegance and charm. Despite its dilapidated state, I saw potential in its grandeur and embarked
on a journey to restore it to its former glory. Over the course of two years, I poured my heart and soul into restoring the venue. From
painstakingly renovating each room to sourcing period-appropriate decor, every detail was thoughtfully curated to honor the building's rich history. It was a labor of love that brought me immense joy and fulfillment.
Today, my venue stands as a testament to my dedication and passion for the wedding industry. Couples from near and far come to celebrate their love in a space that exudes timeless beauty and charm. It brings me great joy to see their faces light up as they step
into the venue and envision the magic of their wedding day unfolding before them.
