We got married at Enoch Turner in 2019, and it was perfect from start to finish. Stacey was responsive; the food vendors we could choose from were all wonderful (our wedding food was truly spectacular); and the venue itself was unique and gorgeous. Our guests had a great time. -

The most unprofessional and unreliable host I have ever met. No value for clients time or scheduled invites. Stacy does not take the time to understand clients needs and does not stand by her word. She was reaver reachable through phone, text or email. Cancels at the last moment and blamed us for showing up a few minutes early even though we got there and waited till our scheduled time. She did not even have the courtesy to show up, instead she reponded 18 minutes after our scheduled appointment to ask to reschedule. The most terrible experience at a beautiful venue!
Unless they change their management/ host I do not recommend this location unless you want to be disappointed.Enoch Turner Schoolhouse's reply:

I take full responsibility for the scheduling mix-up, and I completely understand how frustrating it must have been for you and your family after making the effort to visit.
As the sole staff member at Enoch Turner Schoolhouse, I do my best to ensure a smooth experience for all potential clients, but in this instance, I fell short in keeping communication as clear as it should have been. I regret that this led to confusion and disappointment.
I was late for our scheduled viewing, which I understand added to the frustration. Your time is valuable, and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this caused. I truly appreciate your interest in our venue and only wish your experience had reflected the level of care I aim to provide.
Your feedback is important, and I will use this as an opportunity to improve my processes to prevent similar issues in the future. I genuinely wish you all the best in finding the perfect venue for your special day.
