It is with great pleasure that we announce the launch of Sugar Pine Island at Cottonwood, a new wedding and event experience.

With plans to begin a dream makeover renovation this fall (to be completed for the 2026 Wedding Season), we look forward to bringing a full service wedding and events model to the market for discerning couples.

While full renovations are to be completed for Spring 2026, upgrades will begin at Sugar Pine Island later this fall with a large part of the renovations to be completed for the 2025 wedding season.

As a result, we are offering all 2025 couples a reduced booking rate of $4900 (for 2025 dates only), with all the perks of the new all-inclusive service model, updated menus and wedding planning assistance.

Comprised of two adjoining indoor event spaces, both the Birch and Maple rooms offer a beautiful and neutral setting for any wedding design palette of celebrations up to 200 guests. A beautifully manicured courtyard and garden provides the perfect natural backdrop for stunning outdoor ceremonies, cocktail hours, lawn games and custom entertainment opportunities.
