Our wedding was a dream, the absolute perfect day! Ella was such a kind and helpful coordinator. She answered all my questions promptly and made the planning process so easy. The chef was able to accommodate our request of a fully vegetarian wedding with vegan options which was delicious! The team were all so kind and seemed to be having fun during the event, as well. The indoor and outdoor space offered the perfect flow of the space. Gorgeous ceremony area, beautiful dinner area, fun bar area, and lots of outdoor hangout and conversation spaces with the front, back and side patios. Highly recommend this venue for your event! Burnaby mountain clubhouse was the perfect venue for our special day! They were very accommodating to our guests and made sure we were very happy for our special day!
Although there were many hiccups within the process of planning our wedding, lack of communication at times and certain things upon discussion that were not meant such as complimentary bowls of bunch that were not served at all, and drink ticket mix ups with our guests they made up for it in other ways.
Our guests had a blast and absolutely loved the food! This venue was the perfect location for our special day! -

Beautiful venue
The minute we saw the venue we loved it. It had this elegant but warm cozy vibe. Felt like a place where we could just hang out with our friends and celebrate.
We had our ceremony there and Asuka and her team were so flexible. They set up the chairs outside just in case the weather turned around and it did! So we managed to have our ceremony outside.
The back patio was beautiful with the string lights and the cherry blossom in full bloom. I only wish it was a little warmer in April so we could’ve utilized the back patio.
It was also hassle free. They did a lot of the set up for us and connected us with someone who did the chair covers and sashes for us. We just had to bring in our center pieces and whatever other decor we wanted.
So many people commented on what a beautiful venue it was. We’re already trying to figure out what our next big event could be there. -

From our initial meeting/viewing of the venue to the end of our booking, our experience with Joanne, Mandy, Michelle, and the entire team at the Burnaby Mountain Golf course were professional, helpful, and extremely organized. No detail was missing and no question left unanswered. The food was amazing, the service was exceptional, and the facilities were 1st class. We repeatedly had our guests come up to us to tell us how much they loved everything about the venue. We could not have asked for a better experience for our big day!
