Perfect venue for a most memorable day.

When our other wedding venue fell through only months before the big day, the Albert County Museum & Event Centre were more than accommodating to host us on the date we had set in mind despite it being their opening weekend. A big thanks to Janet and the whole team for always being available to ensure the set-up, rehearsal, and clean-up went smoothly with opening and lock-up always on time, as well as attention to facility resources (such as kitchen area and parking logistics) that we needed. The venue itself also ended up being a blessing with a more personal and lively vibe given from its character in comparison to what we saw at other venues.
A bit late writing this review (our wedding was 2 years ago), but we happened to book the Hope-Wellness Eco-Resort for our wedding anniversary this year and figured I would write a review for the museum. We stayed at the resort for our wedding night as it is not far at all from the museum, for which the museum is also located close enough to other useful amenities and accommodations for guests.

Beautiful intimate historical venue

Fell in love with this place at first sight and knew it was the perfect spot to get married. The Albert County Court House was the ideal ceremony venue for us, as we love old, beautiful buildings with character. Janet was more than welcoming and accommodating for our elopement ceremony. Can’t wait to visit the museum again. Thank you for everything, Janet! Highly recommend the Albert County Museum.

The Best!!!!!

This was simply the best wedding experience. The venue, location and service was exceptional value for money. We were so pleased with the fact that all our questions where answered and our needs accommodated for! Cannot say enough good things about this place. The antique beauty of the place meant that very little décor was required to accentuate the beauty of the building.

A stunning historic wedding facility.

Dave & I were married in the Albert County Museum's Courthouse in the month of August, 2011. We also had our reception in the Community Hall and had pictures taken on the grounds. The staff were supportive and flexible booking the facility, advising us with the set up in the Courthouse, and familiarizing the caterers with the kitchen. Being married in this beautiful historic place, was very memorable for us and for everyone who attended.
We're all about trust. Our community relies on honest reviews to help you make those big decisions with ease.
