I ordered my earrings and necklace from Olive & Piper a whole 2 weeks before my wedding. I'm not a big jewelry girl, but I found Olive & Piper online from simply just searching up wedding jewelry in Canada and the reviews of their pieces were amazing. As soon as I went through their collection, I fell in love with all of their styles. It seemed as though silver was a more popular option than the gold, simply because many of the silver options were sold out at the time for other styles. Since they have such a large selection though, it did not matter as I found a handful of pieces that would work with my wedding dress. I ended up purchasing the Tuyet Drop earrings and the Napa Pendant necklace both in silver, and they did not disappoint. They looked absolutely gorgeous on, and the quality is also outstanding, so thank you for helping me find the perfect jewelry for my big day! -

I got 2 Zoe hair pins, the Nigella bracelet, and a pair of the Blair drops, all of them went together so well and I loved wearing them on my big day! The earrings were not to heavy, and all of the jewellery was very well made and good quality! None of the pieces looked too costume-y and they were affordable! They shipped fast and the customer service was awesome as well! -

Poor quality, poor customer service
I purchased a pair of earrings from Olive and Piper, and almost immediately 3 of the rhinestones from one of the earrings fell out. Unfortunately I waited too long to reach out, as life happens and I was busy, and I was told that they could not replace the defective item because I was outside of their time window. Funny thing is, only one of the earrings had rhinestones fall out.... the other was fine. There was NO excessive wear and tear--I had only worn the earrings 6 or 7 times. The damaged earring was clearly defective. I sent pictures of the pair, and only asked for the ONE damaged earring to be replaced. Olive and Piper cited 'being a small business' as one of the reasons they could not replace my defective earring. Small business or not, if you send an item that is immediately damaged, you should make it right. These were beautiful earrings and I'm upset I barely got the wear them. -

I'm sad to leave a 2 star review, as the jewelry is beautiful. However, I feel the need to be completely honest with others who may decide to order from this company. I placed an order for 3 pieces of jewelry, totaling $136.80 with O+P on 9/15/22 for my son's Wedding on 9/24/22. All of the Reviews I read were glowing, stating Shipping was super fast - so I selected the Free Shipping option. Big mistake, Hours after I placed the Order, I received a Receipt. On the Receipt, it now stated "expect delivery delays" under the Shipping option I chose. Which that disclaimer wasn't there when I placed my order! So, I contacted Customer Service on 9/16/22 to ask if I could upgrade the Shipping to Priority or Express instead & was happy to pay the difference in cost, as I really needed the set before the event on 9/24/22. Customer Service Representative, Kathrine, replied back late on 9/16/22 that my order was "currently processing" and they were "unable to make edits or changes to your order". My order wasn't even sent out until 9/22/22, a whole 7 days after I initially placed it. I'm puzzled as to why the change couldn't have been made. I didn't receive the jewelry until 9/29/22, 2 weeks or 14 days after order. So. long story short...had to wear another set of jewelry that I already owned to the Wedding. And, now I'm out $136.80 & stuck with a set of jewelry that I have no idea when or if I'll ever wear it. I had considered returning it, but their Return Policy seems to be a hassle too. I always try to support Small Business, as I'm a Small Business Owner myself. But, I would never treat my Customers this way & expect them to be a Returning Customer. I will never order from this company again after this experience. And, I will never refer anyone either. -

Absolutely in love with my bridal earrings and hair pins from olive & piper! I saw an ad on social media and instantly fell in love with their style! I had so many compliments and the quality is excellent! -
