The venue was gorgeous, and really helped us keep our decoration budget low. The venue is beautiful all by itself. The venue has an amazing outdoor area for ceremonies, which was great for us to get our wedding photos at. They also have a great indoor area for ceremonies, which we had to use due to rain in the afternoon. L'Ambroisie is incredibly professional, and are able to make the decision whether to do the ceremony indoors or outdoors on the day of.
The food was great, all of the hors d'oeuvres were amazing, and everyone loved the dinner options. They even brought my wife and I hors d'oeuvres to our table as we missed the chance to get them while we were getting photos. The bartenders were all professional and efficient, handling our guests requests with ease.
Our day of coordinator, Alexandra, was fantastic. We dropped off our decorations the night before, and the perishables (flowers, cake) the day of at noon, and she had the whole table setup exactly as we wanted. She was amazing at guiding us the day of for the wedding, telling the bridal party where to go, and making sure everything ran smoothly.
The DJ was great as well, working with our playlists to play all our favourite songs, and mixing them together seamlessly. He was also able to adapt on the fly and play requests. -

We had our wedding at L'Espace Canal this past weekend and I am so glad that we chose this venue! First, L'Espace canal is absolutely beautiful. Second, our venue coordinator (Alexandra) and the L'Ambroisie/L'Espace Canal chefs and staff were fantastic throughout the entire engagement/planning process. The venue worked closely with us to customize a Southern Food buffet station to reflect my Georgia (USA) roots. They were open to suggested recipe changes, and the food turned out great - our guests were raving! Alexandra was extremely responsive to emails (normally within 24 hours) during the planning process. Alexandra and the other venue staff also did an amazing job setting up the decorations and coordinating the arrival of other vendors. I did not have to worry about a thing on my wedding day - everything was beautiful and set up exactly to my specifications. During the wedding, the staff and bartenders were very professional and attentive to both us as bride and groom, as well as our guests. Our wedding was at L'Espace Canal was an absolute dream. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. -

We had a spectacular wedding at L'Ambroisie in their restaurant event space. In the months leading up to the wedding, our coordinator Dietrich answered all of our many questions via email within a day of our asking. He did everything possible to ensure our event went smoothly and it went better than we could have even imagined! We didn't hire a separate wedding planner, in part because we knew the day of logistics would be taken care of, which they were. We highly recommend getting married at L'Ambroisie! -

We recently had the pleasure of celebrating our wedding at L'Espace Canal, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. From the moment we started planning, our coordinator Dietrich took care of every detail with such professionalism and care.
The venue itself is stunning, with its charming ambiance and beautiful views of the canal providing the perfect backdrop for our special day. The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring everything ran smoothly from start to finish, the food and service was exceptional.
Overall, L'Ambroisie et L'Espace Canal exceeded all our expectations, and we are so grateful to Dietrich and the entire team for making our wedding day so memorable. We highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a perfect place to tie the knot. -

I instantly clicked with Alexandra and my husband and I felt in love with the venue. We did not even bother visiting many venues, this one was the 2nd. Alexandra knows her job very well and her and I worked together to plan a lovely event that was simply a reflection of our couple. Of course no event is ever perfect but it was very close to perfection. All our guests were happy, the food was great, and everyone was happy! Thank you Alexandra and team! -

We had our wedding at L'Ambroisie in May 2024. It was great! The location is ideal ( ceremony, cocktail hour, reception), offers overnight parking if needed. Staff is accommodating to special requests and really go out of their way to make it happen. Price is well worth it and very reasonable and they offer many options. Amazing open bar, great DJ. They recommend vendors that are good to use because they know the venue inside and out. The food is SO good and there are many options to chose from. Great places to take photos as well. Overall, beautiful venue, great staff, amazing wedding !!
